本研究旨在探討校級軍官退休再就業時的目的及經驗,並透過高階軍官本身主體角度切入聚焦,藉由訪談過程了解影響退休後再就業的因素情形與進程,以分析出高階軍官退休後適應情形與造成的活躍老化之因素。本研究目的包括:(一) 探討校級軍官再就業適應情形。(二) 探討校級軍官退休再就業資源需求。(三) 探討校級軍官再就業對活躍老化情形。為達研究目的,本研究採質性研究取向,為了解本研究實際情形,在本研究對象特殊及特定對象因素上的取樣,研究者選定敘事研究方法與半結構式訪談蒐集資料,並以滾雪球方式進行研究場域的受訪對象尋找,共計訪談十位校級軍官退休後再就業者。 依據研究目的,擬定訪談大綱進行半結構式深度訪談,經資料整理與分析歸納成結論並提出建議。透過資料分析,獲得六點結論:一、退休高階軍官軍旅生涯環境與人事相處經驗成為再就業助力;二、高階軍官退休技能培養、主管支持、時間管理、態度、工作性質會影響再就業適應速度;三、高階軍官退休就業管道以網路與人脈為主,政府再就業資源不符合需求;四、高階軍官退休後再就業最大支持為身邊親人或重要他人;五、工作環境促使高階軍官再就業後反思如何適應晚年;六、退休高階軍官再就業對活躍晚年有所幫助。 茲就上述研究結論,針對政府與相關辦訓單位、軍職未退休者與軍職已有退休俸者,及未來研究提出具體的建議如下。 一、對政府與相關辦訓單位之建議 (一)重視並培育工作媒合專業人才 (二)相關資源管道推廣與行銷加強 (三)相關單位再就業媒合成功之後續追蹤加強 二、對軍職未退休者及領有退休俸已退休者之建議 (一)進入軍人職業環境即開始終身學習至退休期 (二)退休前及早準備退休後生涯規劃 (三)應尋找相當資源與政府所提供的管道以選擇合適工作 三、對未來研究建議 分別就研究對象、研究方法、研究領域提出未來進一步研究之參考。
This study aimed to explore the purpose and experience of retired field officer ranks when seeking re-employment, as well as the focus from the perspective of the field officer ranks. Through the interviews process, an insight was gained into the factors and course of re-employment after retirement in order to analyze the situation of the senior officers’ adaptation after retirement and the factors contributing to active aging. The purposes of this study include: (1) Explore the situation of field officer ranks’ adaptation to re-employment; (2) Explore the re-employment resource demand of field officer ranks after retirement; (3) Explore the situation of field officers’ re-employment on active aging. In order to achieve the research purposes, the qualitative research orientation was adopted in this study. In order to understand the actual situations in this study and facilitate the sampling of special and specific target factors, the researcher selected narrative research and semi-structured interview as data collection methods. In addition, interview participants were found in the research field through snowball sampling, a total of 10 field officer ranks that sought re-employment after retirement interviewed. According to the research purposes, the interview outline was developed to carry out semi-structured in-depth interviews. Through data compilation and analysis, conclusions were summarized and recommendations were proposed. Six conclusions were drawn based on the data analysis: 1. The career environment and interpersonal experience were boosters to the re-employment of the retired field officers; 2. The senior officers’ skills training after retirement, supervisory support, time management, attitude, and nature of work had an impact on the speed at which they adapt to their re-employment; 3. The channels through which the senior officers seek employment after retirement are the Internet and personal network, while the government’s re-employment resources fail to meet their demands; 4. The greatest support of retired senior officers when seeking re-employment comes from family and relatives or significant others; 5. The work environment will prompt re-employed senior officers to reflect on how to adapt to old age; 6. Retired senior officers’ re-employment is conducive to activeness in old age. In view of the research conclusions above, specific recommendations for the government, relevant training agencies, unretired officers, retired officers receiving retirement pension payouts, and follow-up research are as follows: 1. Recommendations for the govenrment and relevant training units: (1) Give emphasis and nurture job matchmaking professionals. (2) Promote relevant resource channels and strengthen marketing. (3) Carryout follow-up tracking and strengthening after successful re-employment matchmaking by relevant units. 2. Recommendations for unretired officers and retired officers receiving retirement pension payouts: (1) Commence lifelong learning until retirement upon entering the work environment as professional soldiers. (2) Prepare post-retirement planning in advance before retirement. (3) Seek comparable resources and channels provided by the government to choose a suitable job. 3. Recommendations for Future Research Targeting research participants, research methods, and research field, provide references for follow-up research.
