摘要
非法藥物濫用嚴重危害社會大眾的健康與安全，過去研究指出，女性非法藥物濫用者對自身與社會所帶來的負面影響，有別於男性非法藥物濫用者，因此，在討論用藥行為與成因時，也有必要將女性非法藥物濫用者單獨提出討論，不應因非法藥物濫用人數中，女性較男性人數低而忽視其獨特性。 本研究為探討女性非法藥物濫用者與其他女性之間的人格特質差異性，針對女性非法藥物濫用者、女性非毒品罪者以及一般未曾犯罪之女性施測三向度人格特質量表(TridimensionalPersonality Questionnaire, TPQ)，研究結果顯示，非法藥物濫用組有較非毒品罪組更高的尋求刺激(Novelty Seeking)以及低逃避傷害(Harm Avoidance)傾向，顯示為即使同為犯罪，矯正單位應重視其人格特質的不同，依照其個體差異進而加以輔導矯正。

Illicit drug abuse has caused tremendous harm to public health and safety. Previous studies indicate that the negative impacts fromfemales who abuseillicit drugsare very different fromthe negative impacts which result fromtheir male counterparts. Therefore, when we discuss the etiology and the behavior of illicit drug use behavior, it is necessary to examinethe female drug abuser independently from the entire illicit drug abuser population. Thepresent study discusses the personality differences between female illicit drug abusers and other females. The self-assessment questionnaire, Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ) was administered to female illicit drug abusers, female non-druguse criminals, andotherfemales who have never committed crimes. The results show that female drug abusers have higher novelty seeking and lower harm avoidance scores than female non-druguse criminals.Theseresultsimply the need todevelop correction policies based on individual personality differences.
