本研究旨在探討小雅國小發展國際教育融入特色課程之背景與緣由和分析小雅國小發展國際教育融入特色課程的作法與成效,以及瞭解小雅發展國際教育融入特色課程所面臨的困境與解決策略,並於最後提出建議,作為教育主管機關、學校和教師和未來研究者實施國際教育之參考。 本研究透過半結構式訪談法,採用文件分析和觀察、訪談方式進行,首先蒐集相關文獻,探討個案學校發展國際教育融入特色課程的背景與緣由、實施課程的作法和成效還有困境,其次,與個案學校的校長和教師進行訪談,瞭解其發展特色課程各層面的問題。 根據上述研究方法與研究資料,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、少子化現象使小雅國小發展本位課程奠定學校特色,教育行政機關政策推 行促進發展國際教育特色課程。 二、成立各項教師專業團隊,並辦理教師國際教育研習增進教師專業成長,豐 富學校國際化裝置藝術,協助發展以國際教育為主軸的校本課程。 三、國際教育組擔任固定對外窗口,申請英語課程計劃並定期召開課程會議, 申請補助經費以協助教師解決發展學校特色課程之困境。
This case study intends to examine the background and reasons of the international education integrated featured curriculum, and to analysis the process and effectiveness of the international education integrated featured curriculum, lastly, to understand the dilemma and difficulties of carrying out of the international education intergared featured curriculum, developed in Xiao-ya elementary school. Finally, based on the study conclusions, this study provides some suggestions of educational administration authority, schools, teachers and future references. This study takes on semistructured interview method. The related information of study is collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis.The first step is to collect related materials to have a better understanding of the case school’s development of international education integrated featured curriculum, backround and reasons, process and effectiveness and dilemmas. The second step is to have interview with two school principals, teachers, and to understand the problem within different layers of international education featured classes. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The phenomenon of low birth rate and the policies of educational administration authority improve Xiao-ya elementary school to develop featured curriculum. 2. To organizes teacher disciplinary teams, and to provide seminars on international education, and to set up international environment can improve featured curriculum development. 3. To solve problems of developing international education integrated featured curriculum by the chief of international education takes up the position of communication and adjusting english lesson hours and set up curriculum meetings for curriculum development.
