核心肌群訓練課程介入對高高齡者功能性體適能學習成效之評估

摘要


本研究目的在發展適合高高齡者的功能性體適能課程後,藉由八週的核心肌群訓練,來瞭解高高齡者是否有改善現有功能性體適能之情形。本研究方法採實驗研究法,並藉由Kirkpatrick 評鑑模式來評估運動介入行為,是否增進對於運動有顯著的學習成效。研究對象為30位雲林縣土庫鎮新庄社區平均年齡為86歲的高高齡者為受試對象。本研究實施之前先進行前測,研究八週之後實施後測,本研究結果顯示,運動介入訓練對於高高齡者在肩關節柔軟度、髖關節柔軟度、下肢肌力與動態平衡皆有提升。另外,從質性的研究結果中發現,課程實施過程,學習滿意度應重視:教學氣氛、教學技巧、教具合宜性與學習成就。在學習成效方面應重視:自我察覺、增加知能、知識活化。最後,在行為改變的結果為:習慣改變、自我實現與社會互動。本研究結論發現藉由核心肌群訓練,對高高齡者不但能提升功能性體適能之外,及學習成效具有正面的影響。

The purpose of the study was to investigate whether providing functional fitness courses to the elders, through an eight weeks muscles training, will bring a positive result or improvement regarding their overall functional fitness. The experimental approach included the Kirkpatrick’s model of evaluation to examine how efficient the learning outcomes were and the participants of the study were thirty elders who were, on average, 86 years old. Through evaluating the participants’ conditions pretest and posttest during the eight-week fitness courses. The result revealed that these trainings increased an elder’s shoulder and hip joints flexibilities, lower muscles strengths, and ability to balance. In addition, the qualitative research revealed that while conducting the courses, learning atmosphere, teaching skills, appropriate instrument and learning achievement were crucial to the participant’s overall satisfaction; furthermore, it was discovered that the learning efficiency were self-awareness, enhance knowledge and ability and applies knowledge. Finally, the result of the behavioral changes showed that daily habits change, self-fulfillment, and social interactions. The conclusion of this study was through a series of core strength muscles trainings, many elderly participants not only improved their overall functional fitness, but also gained satisfactory learning efficiency that brought in lasting positive changes in their daily lives.
