現今的工商業社會中、企業組織是社會的核心,善用人力資源一直是優良企業可以穩定成長的主要因素。然近年來隨著經濟發展的起起落落,勞資爭議不斷發生,職業災害造成勞工與企業重大損失,甚至造成社會事件,影響到一般民眾生活。 企業為提高競爭力要有適當的人力資源,保有好的人力資源可使企業專注於本業開發、持續成長。人力資源資訊系統(Human Resource Information System ,HRIS)可有效幫助企業管理人力資源、善用組織人力特性、發覺人力運用的缺失、提高組織成員的互動關係。 本研究「提升組織向心力的人事管理系統」指在建置一套完善的網路版本的人事管理系統(Web-based Human Resource Management:Web-based HRM、electronic Human Resource Management:E-HRM),本系統是組織成員所共同使用的系統,增加組織成員的互動關係,目前系統已有基本資料管理、差假管理、獎懲管理、考績管理與教育訓練管理等功能。 本研究之目的在於建置系統後,每位組織同仁可以善用系統,提高組織間的人員互動關係,並提升組織向心力。
Today's business community, the organization is at the heart of society, make the best use of human resources has been a major factor in good corporate stable growth. However, with the ups and downs in recent years, labor disputes continue to occur economic development, labor and occupational disasters caused significant loss of business, or even result in social events, affecting people's lives in general. To enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have adequate human resources, to maintain good human resources enables companies to focus on the development of the industry, continued to grow. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) can effectively help companies manage human resources, use of human tissue characteristics and found that the lack of human use, improve the interaction between members of the organization. The study "enhance organizational cohesion of the personnel management system" refers to build a comprehensive network version of Personnel Management System (Web-based HRM, E-HRM), this system is a system commonly used by members of the organization to increase organizational interaction between members, the current system has basic information management, leave management , incentive management, performance management and education and training management and other functions . Objective of this study was to build the system, each organization can make good use of my colleagues in the system to improve the interaction between staff organizations, and enhance organizational cohesion.
