大面積軟性高分子發光二極體照明之 自調式刮刀塗佈製程研發

摘要


本文是致力於大面積軟性電子製程的發展。將本實驗室自行開發的自調式刮刀塗佈機應用於大面積軟性高分子發光二極體照明之製程,實現大面積的可行性,並針對大面積製程中所面臨的問題進行分析及改善,同時也對既有的自調式刮刀塗佈機進行改良、調整製程參數,提升溶液的塗佈品質。研究結果為成功塗佈發光面積為5 cm x 25 cm的大面積軟性高分子發光二極體照明,且發光區域達90%。

This paper is devoted to development of process of large-area flexible electronics. Self-adjusted blade coater which was designed by our laboratory was used in the process of large-area flexible polymer light-emitting diodes, its feasibility of large-area. Then we analyzed and improved the problems we faced. At the same time, we ameliorated the self-adjusted blade coater, adjusted the process parameters, and improved the quality of the solution coating. The result was successful in self-adjusted blade coating large-area flexible polymer light-emitting diodes and its area was 5 cm x 25 cm. Also, its lighting region was almost 90%.
