本研究旨在建立職業訓練體系之教育服務業訓練人員專業職能指標,探討其與工作績效的關係,以提供此行業之訓練人員培訓或招募人才時參考。本研究共收集96位專業訓練人員及21位訓練人員主管之問卷。 研究結果顯示,教育服務業訓練人員之專業職能區分為「訓練需求調查與分析能力」、「課程安排能力」、「課程執行控管」、「輔導成果」共4大構面包含19項職能指標,且根迴歸結果顯示此四大類專業職能均對於訓練人員工作績效具有正向影響。 因此,本研究總結,職業訓練體系之教育服務業企業在進行訓練人才招募甄選時,除了瞭解求職者自我發展、內在工作動機等強調自我效能的特質外,應招募具備這19項專業職能能力者,以確保能勝任未來工作並可擁有良好之工作績效。
The purpose of this study is to establish the indicators of trainers’ professional competency and explore the relation with work performance in education services. The research will be used to reference in training and recruiting for this industry. There are 96 specialized trainers and 21 supervisors participated the questionnaire survey. According to the consequence, the professional competency of trainers includes four abilities such as the investigation and analysis of training needs, course arranging, course executing controlling, and the guidance results. Besides, there are 19 indicators included. The data also shows that the four abilities and 19 indicators have the positive effect in the work performance of the trainers. Consequently, this study concludes that the education services should understand the characteristics of self-efficacy such as the development of the job seeker, the internal motive, and so on. Also should recruit the people who possess the 19 indicators to ensure qualifying the work and having good performance in the future.
