局部活動式義齒支架網際快速設計環境

摘要


本論文目的是開發一套快速設計局部活動式義齒支架(Removable Partial Denture Framework)的網際CAD系統。此系統包含三角網格模型標準幾何建構系統與數位雕塑系統,整合功能有網際3D圖學、三角網格變形、布林操作、模型裁切、曲面偏移與Remeshing,並且以三角網格表示3D模型。 本研究使用數位化的設計方式,取代傳統脫蠟鑄造技術,提供使用者簡單且直覺化的環境,此外,網際軟體具有跨平台、免安裝與免更新函式庫之特色,因此可提升軟體使用的便利性,以達到快速設計之目的。

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a web-based rapid design CAD system for removable partial denture framework. This system includes standard geometric model construction and digital sculpting. It is based on the 3D graphics and mesh model on the web. This system integrats triangle mesh deformation, Boolean operation, trimming, offset and remeshing for the rapid design of mesh-based free-form objects. In this study, we use digital design and 3D priting techniques to replace lost wax casting technology. It provides users a simple and intuitive design environment. In addition, the advantages of web-based software are cross-platform, without installing software and updating libraries, so it can enhance the convenience of the software to achieve rapid design.
