摘要


大多數的細胞影像常以人工計數的方式計算細胞數量,不僅耗時也容易造成計數錯誤,為了節省人工計數的時間並減少錯誤計數的情形,本研究利用影像處理針對動態細胞影像進行自動化計數,並對細胞移動軌跡進行動態追蹤以提升細胞計數的準確率,此方法只需欲進行偵測之影片,並搭配電腦輔助及簡易操作,便能成功得知細胞數量。本研究是針對分離活細胞及死細胞的晶片而設計,內容為偵測流體中通過的活細胞及死細胞個數,以影像處理結合動態追蹤方法進行自動化計數結果,其中活細胞以偵測線計數正確率為100%,由於死細胞在影片中屬於非連續移動,使用偵測線計數方式,容易使正確率大幅下降,故以權重函數對應法進行追蹤,其準確率達95.24%。

Most of the cell images often calculated cell numbers by manually counting, it's not only time consuming but also easily lead to a counting error. To save manual counting time and reduce counting error circumstances, an automated cell numbers counting method is proposed, using image processing and dynamic tracking to improve the accuracy of cell counting for non-continuous moving cells of dynamic cells video. This method only requires detect images and simple computer-aided operation will be able to know cell numbers. This study is designed to the separation of live and dead cells of biochips and to detect the number of live and dead cells. Automated counting result by image processing, the correct rate of living cells is 100%, the tracking accuracy rate of dead cells is 95.24%
