探討護理資訊系統滿意度及持續使用意圖之研究~以南部某區域教學醫院為例

摘要


近年來,各種科技應用陸續導入醫療照護環境,醫療資訊也不斷在臨床上運用先進的資訊技術,隨著政府醫療政策的推進,促使醫院的資訊化更為快速。而醫療機構在引入大量的資訊科技後,除了醫療資訊系統總體大大的擴充外,資訊科技在應用支援及依賴程度與其他產業相較甚高,而其中護理人員使用的護理資訊系統尤甚。 因此,本研究期望能透過IS接受後持續使用模式(A Post-acceptance Model of IS Continuance)之架構,加入「資訊品質」與「系統品質」去解釋及預測護理人員對於護理資訊系統的使用者滿意度及持續使用意圖,以達到正確評估影響關鍵之因素。本研究南部某區域教學醫院之臨床護理人員為研究對象,共發出350份問卷,有效問卷為251份,有效回收率為78.44%;並應用SPSS 20.0 與Smart PLS 2.0 統計軟體進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,最主要會影響護理人員持續使用護理資訊系統使用意圖之變數,為使用者滿意度與知覺有用性。另外,資訊品質、系統品質及確認也會間接透過使用者滿意度及知覺有用性而影響持續使用意圖。 故研究建議,縮短護理資訊系統操作時系統的反應時間,並顧及系統使用者對護理資訊系統整體感受,間接的即會提升醫療照護行為或照護品質。

In recent years, a variety of technology applications continue to import medical care environment and advanced information technologies have also been continuously used in medical information systems. In company with the advancement of government health policy, informatization in hospitals has progressed faster than ever before. After the introduction of a large number of information technologies in medical institutions, medical information systems greatly expanded overall. In comparison with other industries, the dependence of application support in information technology is high, and that of nursing care information systems is more severe. After "information quality" and "quality system" are introduced in a post-acceptance model of IS continuance, this research is intended to explain and predict the satisfaction and continued use of intention of users about nursing care information systems and assess the key affecting factors. The clinical nurses of one regional teaching hospital in south Taiwan were recruited in this study. There were 350 questionnaires totally, among which 251 were valid. The effective rate was 78.44% and the data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS 20.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results reveal that most important factors that affect the intension to continuously use nursing information systems are satisfaction and perceived usefulness. In addition, information quality and system quality could indirectly influence the intension of continuous use by affecting the satisfaction and perceived usefulness of users. Therefore, our study suggests that shortening the reaction time in operating care information systems and taking into account of the overall user perception about nursing information system would indirectly improve medical care behavior and care quality.
