實習源於產學合作計畫,對於大專生生涯選擇的模擬過程,此一過程可能將影響實習生的職業選擇與未來生涯發展,具有深遠之影響。本研究以參與「技職體系大專(含以下)(即專科、科大)學生參與學校各種校外實習方案」的實習生作為研究對象。由於各校各系的政策不同,參與實習計畫的科系也非常多元,同時採用隨機抽樣方式進行調查,隨機選取北、中、南部三個區域十所參與產學合作計畫的學校。本研究的主要研究方法以統計方法為主,並藉由量表資料之分析探討校外實習對於實習生生涯選擇產生的影響,以及影響實習生決定從事工作的因素,如組織社會化與社會幸福感的相關性。 本研究研究結果如下: 一、生涯困擾原因部份正向影響社會化組織。二、社會幸福感具有調節組織社會化對於生涯困擾原因的影響性(亦即,組織社會化與社會幸福感的交互作用對生涯困擾原因,具有調節效果的存在)。最後,本研究結果亦顯示實習確實有助於學生決定生涯方向,對職業規畫與職業決策有引導的作用,並供相關建議給予學生、學校、企業與政府部門參考用。
Apprenticeship in Taiwan originated from the collaboration projects of enterprises with colleges. With the process of career choice for college students, it would be created an important influence on the professional selection and career development in future. The subjects of the study are both the apprentice students in colleges and technology universities which participated in diversity of out-school learning projects. Each school’s different departments have different policies with the practical projects to adopt random sampling into investigate simultaneously, selected from 10 colleges among northern, central, and southern areas of Taiwan to be participated of collaboration projects of enterprises with colleges. The method of the study is by designing a construct–scaling questionnaire to conduct interviewing and analyze the impact using the statistics model. Also, we explored the determinants of deciding jobs of the subjects and measured the association strength with covariates such as organization socialization and social well-being. The results showed as the followings: 1. Career difficulties have partially positive effects that influence the organizational socialization 2. Social well-being plays a role that partial moderately adjusting the level on career difficulty from the socialization of organization (i.e. there is an interaction effect between the social well-being and organization socialization which adjust the effect simultaneously on career difficulties of subjects). Finally, the results also indicated that apprenticeship projects have really help the subjects with deciding future career development and revealed a leading effect on both professional planning and professional decision. The authors believed that this study could provide useful suggestions to all the college students, college, enterprises and government agencies for future references.
