本研究試圖自親密暴力者的主觀現象場出發,探索台越聯姻的丈夫面對婚姻挫折與司法判決時的婚姻適應歷程。研究方法以建構主義派典為基礎,遵循敘說研究方法,藉由訪談進行資料收集與分析,期望從男性親密暴力者之角度,呈現出其生命故事。 研究過程中,研究者分別與三位受訪者A、B與C進行兩到四次半結構式深度訪談,每次訪談約1~3小時;為了實踐建構主義的精神,在訪談過程中,研究者透過對話與澄清的歷程,嘗試理解與受訪者的伴侶適應歷程;同時在分析過程,研究者亦密切與協同分析者、指導教授討論與自我省思,以適切詮釋受訪者之生命故事。 研究結果分為三部分,分別描述受訪者A、受訪者B與受訪者C之跨國婚姻歷程與婚姻調適範疇內涵,包括:「選擇結合跨國婚姻的考量」、「實際共組婚姻後的家庭生活與婚姻轉折」與「調適」。 本研究根據研究結果進行分析與討論,並回歸到本研究之研究問題,分別針對「選擇跨國婚姻之考量」、「親密暴力之意義」與「調適歷程」討論,此外,研究者也嘗試提出婚姻適應歷程,依序為:「渾沌期」、「分叉期」與「統整期」,透過受訪者文本的分析與討論,對未來研究與實務工作提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the marital adjustment process of Taiwanese male perpetrators facing marriage frustrations and unfair judicial judgment in transnational marriages. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data from three male participants who were: Taiwanese male perpetrators from intimate relationships in Taiwanese-Vietnamese transnational marriage. Data were analyzed according to hermeneutic circle method. The results of the present study revealed that the process consists of three components: (1) Considerations of choosing transnational marriages; (2) The domesticity and transitions in marriage; (3) Adjustment. According to the result, the researcher discussed from three following perspectives: (1) Considerations of choosing transnational marriages; (2) The meanings of intimate violence; (3) The processes of adjustment. In addition, the researcher proposed the process of marriage adjustment: (1) Disordered period; (2) Forked period; (3) Integrated period. Suggestions for, men in transnational marriages, social workers and future researchers in particular, were provided at the end.
