本研究旨在透過情境分析,來探討現實治療取向生涯輔導課程是否能提升國三學生之生涯自我效能,並藉由行動研究研擬課程方案、記錄實施歷程、評鑑課程方案之成效與省思,以達成課程發展之目的。主要研究的問題如下: 一、從情境分析探究現實治療取向生涯輔導課程提升國三學生生涯自我效能行動方案與省思為何? 二、設計現實治療取向生涯輔導課程提升國三學生生涯自我效能行動方案與省思之歷程為何? 三、實施現實治療取向生涯輔導課程提升國三學生生涯自我效能行動方案與省思之歷程為何? 四、評鑑現實治療取向生涯輔導課程提升國三學生生涯自我效能行動方案與省思之歷程為何? 研究結論如下: 一、從現實治療取向生涯輔導課程的情境分析與省思中可發現情境分析有助研究者了解優勢條件與不利因素並有助行動方案之規劃。 二、從設計現實治療取向生涯輔導課程行動方案與省思中發現,依據情境分析結果規劃現實治療取向生涯輔導課程目標,設計現實治療取向生涯輔導課程方案,歸納出課程規劃與課程設計的結論,顯示整個課程規劃與設計歷程是完整、能達成課程目標且適合國三學生用以提升生涯自我效能的有效策略。 三、從實施現實治療取向生涯輔導課程行動方案與省思中發現,透過多樣化的教學資源、以青少年生涯發展及現實治療理論為主的教學設計,歸納出課程實施的結論,顯示出整個課程實施能提高生涯自我效能,有助於實施行動方案成效。 四、從現實治療取向生涯輔導課程行動方案與省思中發現,學生在「生涯自我效能」整體學習成效有明顯的進步且成效良好並對「正確的自我評估」、「蒐集職業資訊」、「目標選擇」、「擬定未來計畫」和「問題解決」等方面的學習成效提升有顯著效果,確實能達成現實治療取向生涯輔導課程方案實施的目的。 關鍵字:現實治療、生涯自我效能、行動研究
This action research , through situational analysis, focuses on whether career guidance courses in reality therapy could improve career self-efficacy of ninth-grade students. And it made the action plan through the implementation and reflection of the curriculum to reach the goal.The main research directions are as follows: 1.Through situational analysis, discuss the specific actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy which can achieve the career self-efficacy improvement of ninth-grade students. 2.Discuss the design process of specific actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy which can achieve the career self-efficacy improvement of ninth-grade students. 3.Discuss the implement process of specific actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy which can achieve the career self-efficacy improvement of ninth-grade students. 4.Make an evaluation of the process of specific actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy which can achieve the career self-efficacy improvement of ninth-grade students. Research results are as follows: 1.From situational analysis and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy, we found that situational analysis is beneficial for researchers realizing advantages and disadvantages, and is helpful in planning actions. 2.From the design process of actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy, we found that, based on the results of situational analysis, it shows that planning the goals of career guidance courses in reality therapy, designing the project of career guidance courses in reality therapy, and then make a conclusion of course planning and design make its course planning and design a complete and effective strategy, which can achieve course goals and is suitable for ninth-grade students to improve career career self-efficacy. 3.From the design process of actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy, we found that, through diverse educational sources, make course design based on youth career development and reality therapy, and then make a conclusion of course implementing, it shows that the whole course implementing can improve career self-efficacy and help the efficiency of action implementing. 4.From the actions and reflections of career guidance courses in reality therapy, we found that students have achieved significant improvements and efficiency in the general studying of career self-efficacy, and also improved significantly in correct self-assessment, collecting career information, selecting targets, making future plans and problem-solving, which can really achieve the goal of applying career guidance courses in reality therapy.
