依據衛福部在2016年的統計資料顯示,目前台灣65歲以上人口佔總人口數的12%以上,台灣儼然已成為高齡化社會,再加上少子化問題日益嚴重,平均每2位青壯年需負擔照顧1位老人及1位幼童的責任。且台灣已於2015年6月通過長期照顧服務法,預計2017年實施,以現行照護人力評估,實施後照護人力將嚴重不足,所以若能透過物聯網技術與網通科技的結合,將可協助解決照護人力不足的問題。 本研究利用生命徵象量測、臥床偵測及室內定位等技術,避免使用網路攝影機等侵犯隱私的工具,來達到遠距照護的目的,讓長者也可選擇居住在自己家中,透過此遠距照護系統的幫助,讓關懷者可以隨時掌握長者的居家狀態,使其達到就地安養、在地老化的目的。 關鍵字:物聯網、遠距照護、ZigBee、居家
According to the Ministry of Healthy and Welfare’s statistics in 2016,Taiwan’s 65-and-over population accounted for more than 12% of the country’s population. It indicates that Taiwan has already become an aging socitey. In addition, the increasingly serious propblem of low birth rate cause a problem that an average of every two young adults have to take the burden of caring for an elderly man and a young child. Besides, Taiwan’s Long-term Care Services Act has been passed in June, 2015 and is expected to implement in 2017. Based on the assessment of the existing care manpower, there will be a serious shortage of care manpower after the implementation of the Long-term Care Services Act. Therefore, if we can combine the Internet of Things with the Network Communications Technology, the problem of lack of care manpower will be helpfully solved. This study, avoiding using the tools that invade others’ privacy, such as web cameras, ultilizes vital signs measurement, bed detction technology and indoor positioning technology to achieve the purpose of long-distance care. Through the help of remote care system, the elders can choose to live in their own homes, the carers can also keep track of the status of the elderly at home and the aim of aging in place can be achieved.
