本研究主要探討雲林縣國民小學教師之人口統計變項對於退休生涯規劃與退休準備學習間之差異,以及退休生涯規劃與退休準備學習之間的關聯性。 首先選定雲林縣所有國民小學40~60歲以上教師,作為本研究抽樣母體。本研究共發出500 份正式問卷,回收465份,剔除不完整的問卷11 份,得有效問卷454 份,本研究有效回收率為90.8%。問卷資料經過編碼後結構方程式Amos 22版進行量表之驗證性因素分析,其餘採用SPSS 21版分析。 本研究發現與結論如下: 壹、不同背景變項的雲林縣國小教師對於退休生涯規劃態度差異,除了「年齡」、「經濟 狀況」與「健康狀況」有顯著差異外,其餘並沒有任何顯著差異存在。 貳、不同背景變項的雲林縣國小教師對於退休準備學習態度差異,沒有任何顯著差異存 在。 參、雲林縣國小教師退休生涯規劃與退休準備學習之間有顯著關係。 肆、雲林縣國小教師預計退休年齡大都數集中在55~59歲,亦即現在的國小教師大多數 不願意服務年限超過30年以上。 伍、雲林縣國小教師認為適合參加退休準備學習課程的時間,應該設定在「退休前二年 到五年」。 陸、雲林縣國小教師認為退休準備學習課程上課時間,最佳的時間為「週三下午進修時 間」。 柒、雲林縣國小教師認為退休準備學習課程上課方式,最喜好的方式是「專家學者專題 演講」。 捌、雲林縣國小教師認為退休準備學習課程上課地點,最為偏好在「附近國中、小學」。 根據研究結論,本研究分別對教育行政機關、學校單位、教師個人與未來研究提出具體建議,以供參考。
This study of purpose is to explore the difference among demographic variables, retirement planning and retirement preparation education. Regarding, this study conducted to investigate the correlations between retirement planning and retirement preparation education. All of the elementary school’s teachers in Yunlin county were sampled the range of age, from 40 to 60. Total 450 questionnaires were provided and collected 405 (90%). The collected questionnaires deleted 11 invalids, valid questionnaires are 394 copies. These data were coded and measured the CFA of items by SEM (Amos V.22). Other hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS V.21. The conclusion of this study as below: 1. The difference between demographic variables and retirement planning which except age, economic condition, and healthy condition appeared significance difference, others didn’t show any significance deference. 2. The difference between demographic variables and retirement preparation education appeared no significance. 3. Teacher’s retirement planning and retirement preparation education showed significance correlation. 4. The pre-retirement age put on the range of 55~59 years old, namely, no evidence appeared that most of all teachers never want to teach over 30 years. 5. The suitable to join the retirement preparation education is set up in before retire from 2~5 years. 6. Yunlin county elementary school teachers thought the best time for retirement preparation education is “afternoon on Wednesday”. 7. Yunlin county elementary school teachers preferred the best program for retirement preparation education is the speech of expert or scholar. 8. Yunlin county elementary school teachers preferred the best place for retirement preparation education is nearby junior high or elementary school. According the conclusion of this study that provided practical suggestions to education bureau, elementary school, teacher and future studies.
