本研究探討台灣汽車零組件產業的競爭優勢,並檢定台灣汽車零組件產業原廠(OEM)與非原廠(AM)供應鏈之營運績效何者為優。檢定方式以台灣原廠與非原廠供應鏈,占2015年出口產值達53%的各十家指標性上市櫃公司財務指標,以及將台灣汽車零組件第一大外銷出口國、占出口比例達44%、全球第二大車市的美國之經濟指標,進行多元迴歸分析,分析各構面因素間互動影響之檢定,期能以迴歸結果及產業競爭優勢分析,提出對台灣汽車零組件產業之未來發展策略與建議。實證結果顯示台灣汽車零組件供應鏈經營原廠市場(OEM)會有較優之財務營運績效,以及台灣汽車零組件擁有足夠的競爭優勢,未來需朝原廠市場(OEM)經營發展;此研究將提供給台灣汽車零組件供應鏈策略發展參考。
The mainly purpose of this study is to explore the competitive advantage of automobile parts industry in Taiwan, and to find out the optimum performance between original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket manufacturer (AM) supplier chain. The study objects focus on top 10 index companies each for Taiwan stock market listed companies with over 53% export value in 2015 turnover, and the export companies for mainly export to the second largest automobile market - USA with over 44% export ratio to proceed Multiple Regression Analysis in order to analyze the interactive affection between each structures and factors. With this regression result and industrial competitive advantage analysis, this study aims to offer the future development strategies and suggestions to Taiwan automobile parts industry. The evidence and result shows that original equipment manufacturer (OEM) gain way optimum financial operational performance in Taiwan automobile parts industrial chain. Besides, Taiwan automobile parts industry owns adequate competitive advantages which enable to develop and operate forward OEM market in upcoming future. This study offers the development strategy reference for Taiwan automobile parts industrial chain.
