以有序用電方法提升家庭用電效率之研究

摘要


台灣是一個海島型國家,資源匱乏,本身在能源生產方面無法自給自足。有鑑於國人用電習慣及需求仍無法完全隨著政府政策而改變,且積極度仍無法滿足現今用電政策,每年國家尖離峰用電差距甚大,用電供需響應的問題仍有努力及改善的空間。 然而,電器的耗能程度與使用者的使用習慣有很大的關係,改變用電習慣從住戶開始,本論文研究利用現有的藍芽通信技術,結合Arduino nano嵌入式開發板,實現遠端控制家庭電源迴路供電,並探討其適用性,另加入時序控制功能實現家庭有序用電,比較實現遠端操作及時序控制對家庭用電尖離峰的差異。 經實驗得知遠端操作方式無法明顯的縮短尖離峰用電,但確有提升迴路斷電的便利性,使虛耗用電量減低。另外加入時序控制功能來檢視一週家庭用電情況,A住戶可降低尖離峰用電差距百分比達10.65%;B住戶達到15.38%,在不影響生活機能的情況下,家庭有序用電可有效縮減家庭用電尖離峰差距。

Taiwan is an island country lacking in resources, thus it is not self-sufficient in energy production. Currently, people’s usage of electricity is not fully compatible with government policy changes and the strong support of users is still incompatible with the current electricity policy. As a result, there is a sharp gap between the peak power supply time and the off-peak power supply time every year in Taiwan. The demand-response issue still needs much improvement. Nevertheless, the energy consumption of electrical devices is strongly related to the user's habits in using the devices. To change the usage pattern of devices, one must start from the users themselves. This Thesis leverages Bluetooth communication technology and Arduino Nano embedded platforms to attain the goal of remotely controlling the power circuits in a home, while also exploring its applicability. Further, time-based control function is introduced to achieve domestic orderly power utilization, while demonstrating the incurred difference in peak power usages. According to experiments, we found that the method of remote control cannot significantly shorten peak/off-peak power supply time, but does have the convenience to cut circuit power so as to reduce power waste. In addition, a timing control function was added to view one week household electricity consumption: Home A reduced 10.65% gap between peak/off power supply time; and Home B reduced 15.38% gap between peak/off power supply time. Without affecting the living conditions, domestic orderly power utilization can effectively reduce the gap between domestic peak/off-peak power utilizations.
