有限元素應用於手機相機模組彈片分析

摘要


本研究透過高解析影像顯微鏡(Optical electron microscope, OEM)繪製彈片模型進行逆向工程分析,再應用有限元素分析(Finite element analysis, FEA)整個模組在對焦狀態下的彈片結構分析與磁路分析。彈片在手機相機模組中扮演相當重要的角色,如何有效分析彈片結構將為本研究的重點項目之一。 本研究之目標為透過磁固耦合分析(Magnetic structural coupled analysis, MSCA)模擬手機相機模組對焦情形。首先以逆向工程方式建立數值模型,與所量測肋的尺寸相互匹配,並進行有限元素模型驗證,且以真實邊界設定進行結構與磁路分析,計算出彈片剛性、磁路數據,與產品規格書相互驗證其符合結果。最終將兩求解器進行耦合模擬,完整針對彈片所受應力、產生的音圈力建立起相關分析步驟,完成一套專屬手機相機模組磁固耦合分析技術,協助設計者優化產品自身結構。

In this research, we use high resolution optical electron microscope (OEM) to do the reverse engineering modeling voice coil motor (VCM) spring, and do the magnetic structural coupled analysis (MSCA) by using Maxwell and ANSYS simulation program. We notice the importance of VCM spring in camera module when doing the auto-focusing (AF) action, the method to play this puzzle game absolutely being a big role in this study. The purpose of this research is to simulation how the camera module doing the focus action. First of all, build the model by reverse engineering, copy the dimension of real VCM Spring. Second, insert the relative boundary conditions and do the finite element analysis (FEA). Coincide the result to specification on modulus of rigidity and Magnetic circuit data of product. Lastly, build the relation between von Mises and Lorentz force through MSCA, establish a standard of solving such problem for the coming user.
