探討影響榮民醫療體系從業人員對使用行動醫療服務APP之行為意圖

摘要


行動科技迅速發展且已成趨勢,根據2014年調查台灣已有1,770萬人使用行動科技而其中行動應用程式更是蓬勃發展已成為兵家必爭之地,醫療產業亦也跟隨風潮開發諸多便民APP使就醫方便性能有所提升,據統計全台已有69家院所已有行動醫療服務APP之服務功能。 醫院經營者期望開發出之系統其使用者及能見度增加,就有賴院內員工協助推廣,行銷前了解自家員工對行動醫療服務APP之接受度與使用意圖能助長APP之推廣效能,故是個重要議題。本研究以榮民醫療體系為對象做討論且以管理者角度做分析,主要以科技接受模式結合任務科技適配模式為基礎,納入組織文化因素成為研究構面,以瞭解哪些因素會影響自家員工使用行動醫療服務APP之行為意圖。 本研究以結構式問卷針對已使用過行動醫療服務APP之榮民醫療體系從業人員進行問卷發放,共收集到289份有效問卷,回收率達83%,並以統計軟體Smart PLS 3.2與SPSS 22.0去驗證各變數之間的假設關係及依變數間之解釋能力。研究結果發現,知覺有用性及知覺易用性對使用行為意圖具有正向顯著影響;任務科技適配度及組織文化對知覺有用性有正向影響;科技特性、任務特性變項對任務科技適配度具有正向影響。

Mobile technology has developed intensively and became an indispensable trend in the world. According to 2014 survey conducted in Taiwan, there’re more than 17.7 million people have used various mobile technologies in Taiwan; among which, mobile applications (APP) are awakening and became a crucial market for business. Following such fashion, medical industry has also developed various APP that can make people to facilitate their convenience of receiving medical services; in addition, according to the statistics, there’re 69 hospitals and clinics provided the mobile medical APP services already. Hospital operators expect their developed systems to be visualized by their users extensively, thus it needs their staff’s assistance in promotion of these APPs. Thus, before making such promotion and marketing, their staff need to understand and accept their own medical mobile APP services, and the applicable purposes of applying these APPs so as to make better efficiency on promoting APP, thus it really can be considered as an important issue. This study adopted the veteran health care system as the research object to make further discussion and conducted analyses that based on the viewpoint of being managers. It was mainly integrated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Task-Technology-Fit (TIF) Model as the basis, as well as incorporated with factors of Organizational Culture to be the research aspects, so as to understand those factors that would be affected their own staff’s behavioral intentions on using mobile medial APP services. This study used structured questionnaire to survey these employees and staff of veteran health care systems who have used mobile medical APP services by distributing questionnaire, 289 valid copies returned with an effective retune rate of 83%, and applied the statistical software Smart PLS 3.2 and SPSS 22.0 to verify the assumption correlation between variables and explanatory ability for dependent variables. The research results showed a positive significant influence on the Behavioral Intention between the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use; Task-Technology Fitness and Organizational Culture has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness; technology feature and task characteristics have a positive influence on Task-Technology Fitness.
