臺南市五條港文化場域意象之懷舊設計研究

摘要

近年來興起一股懷舊風，不論食、衣、住、行、育、樂，皆可看見懷舊的氛圍
存在於當中，而這股懷舊潮流帶動之下，舊建築和許多舊街道有了政府、民間團體
的力量介入，得以讓這些「舊」物件形成特殊的藝文(化)場域，新生命油然而生，
也因此讓這些存在於角落的舊有物件，因為場域的重新規劃及加入人的情感，使得
這些舊有物件有了落腳之處，感動更多人。
本研究之研究場域，為臺南市政府近年與民間積極進行老街再造，讓原本逐漸
沒落於臺南市五條港逐漸成為具有指標性的文化場域，更因年輕活力和藝術元素
的注入，讓老街重生。研究方式採取了文獻分析法、田野調查法來進行文化場域研
究資料上的整合和分析，並以教育學者勒溫(Kurt Lewin)的場地論為基礎，彙整歸
納當中的懷舊物件與意象設計之間的關聯，此理論為一種描述性系統，可用來討論
學習、動機、個性和社會行為等問題，故在本研究當中不同於其他相關議題文獻方
式，罕見地以教育學者理論來進行分析懷舊物件與文化場域意象的設計，分析懷舊
物件給予使用者的意象，並歸納整理出場域當中色彩的使用偏好、懷舊物件使用之
材質樣式、旅客和居民對懷舊物件與生活場域之間的平衡點等相關研究分析，也期
許藉此讓本研究理論更加深及加廣的呈現出不同表現與內容。

Nostalgic style has been gaining popularity recently, we can feel the existence of
nostalgic atmosphere from our daily life, including eating, clothing, living,
transportation, recreation and education. In the wake of Nostalgic Trends, aged
buildings and streets are reborn with the help of government and civil groups, and
are transformed into a special art and culture center. Because of the field replanning
and the elements of human feelings, these aged stuffs have lodgings to
live in, having opportunity to affect more people.
This research explored the aged streets renovation by the cooperation of both
Tainan city government and civil groups in recent years. Old Five-Channels in
Tainan become an iconic cultural center gradually. The aged blocks are reborn with
the addition of youth and art elements. The study adopted both document method
and field study to integrate and analyze the research data of cultural fields,
summarizing the correlation between nostalgic stuffs with image design by Field
Theory of educationalist, Kurt Lewin. Field Theory belongs to a Descriptive
system, which can discuss the questions of learning motivation, personality and
social behaviors, etc… Rarely, this study uniquely analyzed the design of nostalgic
stuffs and cultural image from the view of educationalist. This study analysed the
image of nostalgic stuffs to the users, summarizing the user color preferences of
the fields, material patterns of nostalgic stuffs, balance between nostalgic stuffs
and living areas from view of both travelers and local residents. Hopefully, we
could deepen and broaden the contents of this study by using Field Theory.
