本研究主要探討,飛行員在工作涉入中,所面臨的職業倦怠問題,透過心理資本了解飛行員心理狀態及目標,並透過自我效能來提升學習動機,獲得工作使命感,同時降低職業倦怠感。 本研究採質性研究方法,並邀請5位現役民航飛行員作為受訪者,以半結構式深度訪談進行,以問卷填寫及訪談內容進行統整及分類。在工作涉入中,若能提升駕駛艙相處氛圍,減少氣候因素影響及排班混亂,改善升遷制度的不透明化,皆可減少工作上所誘發的職業倦怠原因。 若能在工作中獲取更多晉升高階職位的機會,在落地失利時能以樂觀的態度去面對,保持正向的學習心態,透過組員關係中找到角色定位,強化手眼協調能力及外文能力,使自身能力獲取認可,透過高薪及更多的機種轉換機會,提升自我價值,皆能獲取工作使命感,間接地降低職業倦怠感。
This study mainly discusses the job burnout pilots face in their work involvement. We can understand pilots, psychological states, and goals through psychological capital. Through self-efficacy, they can improve their motivation to learn, gain a sense of job mission, and reduce their sense of job burnout. This research adopts a qualitative research method and invites five active-duty civil aviation pilots as interviewees to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews.During work involvement, if the atmosphere in the cockpit can be improved, the influence of climate factors and shift scheduling can be reduced, and the opacity of the promotion system can be improved, all of which can reduce the causes of job burnout induced by work. Suppose you can get more opportunities to be promoted to high-level positions at work. In that case, you can face failure with an optimistic attitude, maintain a positive learning attitude, find the role position through the team member relationship, strengthen the hand-eye coordination ability and foreign language ability, Recognize one's abilities, enhancing self-worth through high salaries and more opportunities to switch models. All can gain a sense of job mission and indirectly reduce job burnout.
