The study explores the relationship between compensation satisfaction and job performance of employees working from home, and explores the advantages and disadvantages of working from home. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, and a total of 200 questionnaires were sent out. The results show that gender, occupation, the salary level, welfare, commuting time, distractions, time before work preparation, self-demanding routines, time to add personal life, time to spend with teams, socializing, and daily expenses, and the task performance aspect of job performance have impacts on employees working from home.
