摘要
本研究是探討社團經營管理與社會支持對成員組織公民行為影響之研究，並以『實物銀行 』為個案分析。採用電子問卷方式進行，問卷對象涵蓋高雄市實物銀行之志工進行實證蒐集資料，問卷回收200份。問卷所得資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法，逐項驗證研究假設，分析歸納研究結果，最後提出結論與建議。
綜合文獻探討及問卷調查結果，研究主要結果如下：
一、實物銀行社團成員對社團經營管理的知覺屬中上程度，以「活動規劃」的知覺程度最高。
二、實物銀行社團成員對社會支持的知覺屬中上程度，以「資源連結」的知覺程度最高。
三、實物銀行社團成員對組織公民行為的知覺屬中上程度，以「利他行為」的知覺程度最高
四、不同年齡、平均參與社團的時間及次數、經濟狀況的實物銀行社團成員對社團經營管理有顯著差異。
五、不同教育程度的實物銀行社團成員對社會支持有顯著差異。
六、不同教育程度、平均參與社團的時間及次數、的實物銀行社團成員對組織公民行為有顯著差異。
七、實物銀行社團成員社團經營管理、社會支持與組織公民行為整體有低度顯著正相關。
八、實物銀行社團成員社團經營管理、社會支持對組織公民行為的具有正向預測力。

Abstract
This research investigates the correlations between associational management, social support, and their impact over members’ behaviors, using a case study of the “Food Bank” （實物銀行/Shiwu Yinhung） in Kaohsiung. The study adopts the method of online questionnaires and collects empirical data from volunteers of Kaohsiung Food Bank （KFB）. With 200 successful samples collected, the research then applies statistic tools, including independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis, to examine the data set. The research’s findings are as follows:
1. Volunteers of KFB have medium to high positive attitudes towards the KFB management, especially on “activities planning.”
2. Volunteers of KFB have medium to high positive attitudes towards social support, especially on “resource linkage.”
3. Volunteers of KFB have medium to high positive attitudes towards organizing civic activism, especially on “altruistic behavior.”
4. KFB volunteers’ differences in age group, frequency of participation, and income strata have significant impact on their attitudes towards associational management.
5. Different educational levels have significant impact on KFB volunteers’ attitudes toward social support.
6. Educational levels and frequency of participation have significant impact on KFB volunteers’ attitudes toward organizing civic activism.
7. Volunteers’ attitudes toward associational management, social support and organizing civic activism have significant low correlation.
