生涯網站的使用對國中學生生涯發展之影響研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討使用「華人生涯網」和「104工作世界」兩個生涯網站對國中學生生涯發展上的影響,期能對目前極為重要的生涯議題有所貢獻,以作為國中輔導教師在協助國中學生實施生涯規劃時的啟示及參考。本研究採前實驗設計法,進行單組前後測分析,研究對象為五位國中學生,參與主要以「華人生涯網」和「104工作世界」兩個生涯網站為媒介的生涯探索成長團體,為期八次,每次90分鐘。研究工具以「青少年生涯發展量表」進行前測、後測,並將所得資料以無母數統計法加以處理;除了量表施測外,亦採用質性研究法,進行團體帶領與深度訪談以瞭解解生涯網站對學生生涯發展之影響。 本研究獲得結論如下: 一、生涯網站能協助個案國中生快速查詢生涯發展資訊,對提升生涯探索有正面及立即性的效果。 二、生涯網站使個案國中生提早思考未來,使薪資重於興趣,對生涯信念有負面效果。 三、生涯感受和生涯計畫變化因個人而異,可能受到較多因素影響,導致生涯網站無顯著提升效果。 四、個案女生的生涯網站提升生涯發展的效果比個案男生顯著。 五、生涯網站具有協助學生生涯探索的效果,適合作為國中生探索自我和認知未來環境與方向的輔助工具。 最後,本研究對於生涯網站的使用給予使用建議,以提供未來「生涯網站輔助生涯發展」相關議題討論之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the two career websites of "Chinese Career Network" and "104 Work World" on the career development of middle school students. This study is expected to contribute to the current extremely important career issues, as a guidance teacher to help students in the middle school students to implement career planning, can be inspiration and reference. In this study, the pre-exploration design method was used to conduct a single-group pre- and post-test analysis. The study was conducted by five middle school students and participated in a career exploration and growth group mainly based on the two career websites of “Chinese career network” and “104 work world”. The career exploration and growth group has eight times, each time 90 minutes. The research tools are pre-tested and post-tested on the "Adolescent Career Development Scale", and the data obtained are processed by the no-parent statistics method. In addition to the scale measurement, qualitative research is also used to conduct group leadership and in-depth interviews to understand the impact of the career website on student career development. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The career website can help the case middle school students to quickly query career development information, and has a positive and immediate effect on improving career exploration. 2. The career website enables the case middle school students to think about the future early, making salary more important than interest, and has a negative effect on career beliefs. 3. Career experience and career plan changes vary from person to person and may be affected by many factors, resulting in no significant improvement in career website. 4. The effect of improving the career development of the case girls on career websites is more significant than that of the case boys. 5. The career website has the effect of assisting students in their career exploration, and is suitable as an auxiliary tool for the middle school students to explore themselves and recognize the future environment and direction. Finally, this study provides recommendations for the use of career websites to provide a reference for future topics related to "career website-assisted career development."
