課後安親選擇之關鍵因素研究

摘要


隨著社會結構轉變,小家庭及雙薪家庭已成為現在家庭的結構主流然而因應父母親工作的時間關係,出現越來越多小學生的課後照顧需求,因此在供需的平衡上造就了課後安親的存在。 然而現行環境的因素,課後安親市場需求不斷的擴大其同業之間的競爭力也隨著課後安親班不斷的成立而趨於劇烈。該如何讓父母親選擇合適的課後安親,課後安親班該提供的服務除了基本課業需求外,同時也須全方位的考量。然而家長們須先了解自己的需求,才能選擇適當的課後安親。故本研究著重於探討父母親為學齡兒童選擇課後安親之關鍵因素,並暸解現有課後安親所提供的各項因素之現況是否符合家長的期待。 本研究逐一蒐集相關文獻進行探討並整理出德懷術問卷,經由專家學者分析出研究結果,再將此結果展出層級分析問卷(AHP),邀請彰化縣(市)有參加課後安親之家長們進行填寫。其德懷術研究結果說明專家學者們認為課後安親選擇之關鍵主要因素為「品質與經營」-「擁有政府檢核的正式立案證書」,而層級分析法(AHP)結果說明彰化縣之家長們認為課後安親選擇之主要因素為「課程與教學」-「鼓勵學生思考討論」,這二項研究結果顯示專家學者的看法與參與課後安親之家長對課後安親選擇之關鍵因素想法上有顯著的差異。其本研究結果提供給補教業者及課後安親的家長們作為經營課後安親或選擇安親之參考依據。

With the transformation of social structure, nuclear families and two-paycheck families become the mainstream structure. For responding the parents’ work time, more and more demands of after school program for elementary students have appeared. Therefore, the balance of demand and supply creates the existence of after-school class. Due to the factors of current environment, the market of after-school class has been expanded for responding the demand of environment. The competitiveness between after-school class has also been severed because the continuous establishment of after-school class. Therefore, the choice of parents which excepts the demand of base schoolwork, has also having many consideration. Facing the oversupply environments of after-school class, parents have to understand own demands first, then can choose the appropriate after-school class. The choice of after-school class still has many factors need to be explore and considerate. Therefore, this study focus on the factors key points of choices which parents choosing after-school class for their children. And also to understand whether current factors which after-school classes provided have meet the needs of parents or not. This study collects related papers for exploring. Using he German bosom technique and the AHP level analytic method, having analyzed and concluded, this study provides “the index surface of key point for the choice of after-school class”. This study shows that, the first important point is “program and teaching” which encourage students to think and discuss. “Traffic and environment” is the second important point, included safety of total environment, rising fire drill regularly, and well ventilated, sufficient lighting of classroom. The result of this study can be the references for cram school and parents.
