本研究目的在比較舞龍運動員與非舞龍運動員,於垂直方向及水平方向爆發力表現是否有差異。研究招募29位舞龍運動員(平均年齡19.7 ± 1.8歲、平均身高170.4 ± 6.3公分、平均體重68.3 ± 11.6公斤、平均訓練年資4.4 ± 2.3歲)與29位非舞龍運動員(平均年齡18.2 ± 1.7歲、平均身高169.2 ± 7.0公分、平均體重67.8 ± 13.9公斤)。實驗參與者執行原地垂直跳、立定跳以及立定連續三次跳的成績作為垂直方向與水平方向爆發力的表現,垂直跳部分使用Kistler測力板(型號9260AA6,1000 Hz)搭配MARS測量分析軟體(Version 2.1.0.8)作為垂直方向爆發力表現,實驗獲得的跳躍距離與垂直跳各項力學參數則透過獨立樣本t檢定進行統計考驗(α = .05)。研究結果發現舞龍運動員的水平方向爆發力表現顯著高於非舞龍運動員(ps < .05);垂直方向爆發力表現中,舞龍運動員在垂直跳的高度、標準化最大力量以及標準化爆發力三項,也顯著優於非舞龍運動員(ps < .05),但動作時間、反向時間與蹬伸時間沒有顯著差異(ps > .05)。顯示舞龍運動的參與可以有效提升垂直方向或水平方向的跳躍表現。
The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of vertical and horizontal jumping performance in dragon dance athletes and non-dragon dance athletes. This study recruited the 29 elite dragon dance athletes (age: 19.7 ± 1.8 years old, height: 170.4 ± 6.3 cm, weight: 68.3 ± 11.6 Kg, and training age: 4.4 ± 2.3 years) and the 29 athletes without dragon dance athletes (age: 18.2 ± 1.7 years old, height: 169.2 ± 7.0 cm, and weight: 67.8 ± 13.9 Kg) volunteers. Participants were asked to perform counter movement jump (CMJ), standing long jump, and standing triple long jump for the assessments of explosive force in the vertical direction and horizontal direction respectively. The Kistler force platform (9260AA6, 1000 Hz) with Measurement, Analysis & Reporting Software (MARS version 2.1.0.8) was used to acquire and analysis the performance of CMJ. The jumping distances and the biomechanical parameters of CMJ were compared the statistical differences in independent samples t-tests (α = .05). The results showed that the performances of horizontal explosive force were higher in dragon dance athletes than in non-dragon dance athletes (ps < .05). In the performance of vertical explosive force, the jump height, normalized peak ground reaction force, and normalized power of CMJ were higher in dragon dance athletes than in non-dragon dance athletes (ps < .05), but there were no statistical differences on the parameters of durations of total movement, counter movement, and push-off movement (ps > .05). These results indicate that the participated of dragon dance could enhance the jumping performances of vertical and horizontal direction effectually.
