本研究旨在探討繪本創作對綜合職能科學生自我決策成效之研究,以中部地區某國立特殊教育學校一、二年級綜合職能科學生為研究參與者,以班級為單位隨機取樣,分為實驗組十二名與控制組十五名學生。實驗組接受為期十週,每週一次一百分鐘,共一千分鐘的「繪本教學」,而控制組在實驗處理期間不接受與自我決策相關教學處理。本研究採不等組前後測準實驗研究設計,自變項為繪本教學活動,依變項為綜合職能科學生自我決策能力。自我決策量表分別在實驗處理前、實驗處理後一週、及實驗處理後第四週施測,研究成效主要以共變數分析與成對樣本t考驗評估兩組學生在自我決策量表差異情形及實驗組前後測差異情形,並以實驗組成員之高分群為個案進行分析及訪談,輔以繪本創作、學習單、活動期間的錄音、攝影等質性訪談資料則用於輔助說明研究成效。本研究主要發現如下: 一、 繪本教學對高職綜合職能科學生之自我決策能力立即性學習效果與維持效果較不明顯。 二、 繪本教學對高職綜合職能科學生在整體自我決策能力實際表現具有立即性提升效果。 三、 繪本教學對高職綜合職能科學生之自我調整方面學習具有立即性提升效果,但在自我瞭解、心理賦權與獨立自主方面學習效果不明顯。 四、 繪本教學對高職綜合職能科學生帶來正向想法與感受,一致表示更喜歡藝術課程,且有助提升高職綜合職能科學生與同儕的社會互動,且加深學生之間的情誼。
The purpose of this research was to explore the self-determination for high school students with intellectual disabilities by using the picture book as a teaching medium and art creations. The study population consists of 27 students, 12 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group in Special Education School in central Taiwan. Pretest-posttest and retest scores were analyzed through ANCOVA and t test. Then interview the experimental group members and their advisor, supplemented by picture book creations, recording and photographic during the interview, which were used to explain the research results. The major findings were as follows: 1. The learning effect and the maintenance effect of picture book instruction on self- determination ability for students with intellectual disabilities in special class in vocational high school is not obvious. 2. Picture book instruction could enhance the performance of self-determination for students with intellectual disabilities in special class in vocational high school. 3. Picture book instruction could enhance of self-adjustment for students with intellectual disabilities in special class in vocational high school, but the learning effect is not obvious in self-understanding, psychological empowerment and independence. 4. Picture book instruction brings positive thoughts and feelings to students. They consistently expressed that they prefer to art courses, which could improve the social interaction with their peers, and deepen the friendship between each other.
