提升衝床機械加工業競爭優勢研究

衝床機械加工業在資源與人才方面相對於電子製造業較為匱乏，企業必頇審視本身獨特的能力及凝聚內部的向心力，才有機會在高度競爭的市場上佔有一席之地。本研究以提升衝床機械加工業品質為對象，並探討定位及路徑對於競爭優勢、成本與交期的關係。本研究以16 位專家訪談之問卷回收，依據問卷所蒐集的資料進行統計分析，實證結果為提升衝床機械加工業的四個構面：生產品質、生產及交期、改善製程、顧客忠誠度皆有正向顯著的關聯。因此本研究建議在快速變動的環境之下，企業頇建構本身專業能力、拓展品質、成本與交期等多元層面的競爭優勢。

Stamping press processing industry is scarce in term of resources and talents compared to the electronics manufacturing industry. Enterprises must examine their unique capabilities and condense their internal entripetal forces before they can have a chance in a highly competitive market. This research aims to improve the quality of the stamping press machine processing industry, and discusses the relationship between positioning and path for competitive advantage, cost and delivery time. In this study, a questionnaire interviewed by 16 experts was collected,and statistical analysis was performed based on the data collected in the questionnaire. The empirical results are four aspects of improving the stamping press machine processing industry: quality, production and delivery,improved process, and customer loyalty positively significant association.Therefore, this study suggests that under a rapidly changing environment,companies must build their own competitive capabilities at multiple levels such as professional capabilities, expanded quality, cost, and delivery date.
