一次單元諮商模式在大學青年職涯諮詢之應用

摘要


在現今變動快速的社會環境中,生涯跟職涯的規劃與發展已經不再是墨守成規,靠著單一工作持續穩定做到老而已,如何結合自己的能力、興趣及價值觀,做有意義及自己想做的工作,並過著工作與生活平衡的生活,是現代人持續思考的問題。 有鑑於大專院校的青年學子處於這樣複雜又充滿挑戰的社會氛圍中,面臨社會氛圍嚴峻的挑戰,在做生涯與職涯的抉擇時,往往有更多的考量與限制或發展,但相對的選擇性也會多很多,故近幾年政府及學校投入大量資源,希冀能幫助大學青年能成功跨出第一步,這幾年開始有了「職涯諮詢師」這樣的新職務,但很多「職涯諮詢師」擁有豐富的產業經驗,但並非輔導諮詢相關科系畢業,或是單純僅有拿到證照,諮詢的實務經驗不足,或是諮詢的專業知識不足,常常可能無法在實際諮詢工作現場中立即幫助到個案,或是在短短的60分鐘中,無法一次立即有效解決個案問題,故本研究希望導入「一次單元諮商模式」實際應用於大學生職涯諮詢,希望能透過自己實際使用「一次單元諮商模式(SSCM)」於職涯諮詢的經驗,整理出諮詢師與當事人的實際體驗經驗,透過這樣的經驗整理,能做為未來進入該領域的職涯諮詢師之參考資料,更期待能夠以此基礎發展出「一次單元職涯發展諮詢模式」,以利未來能幫助更多莘莘學子,也幫助該領域的諮詢師一起成為更專業的助人工作者。

With the rapid social change, one can’t stick-in-the-mud or rely on a stable occupation all lifetime. Combining one’s abilities, interests, and values to do something meaningful and balancing life and work is the topic of discussion for people nowadays University students are experiencing a life filled with complexity and challenges. Hence, when they are making career decisions, they have more considerations and restrictions but also relative development and options. In recent years, to encourage university students to take the first step the government and schools have invested a lot of resources, such as career consultants. However, lots of career consultants have great of working experiences but don’t graduate from the department of counseling or related department. Most of them only obtained a license, who is insufficient for the practical consulting experience or lack of professional knowledge in consulting. Therefore, they can’t do help clients in a practical scene within one section in sixty minutes. The aim of the study is to apply the Single Session Counseling Model (SSCM) to university students’ career consultation. Analyzing counselors’ and clients’ experiences of the SSCM approach. The current study was dedicated to offer some information for career consultants and establish a mode of " Single Session Career Development Consulting Model". It could help more students in the future and practical consultants to become more professional helpers in this area.
