公立幼兒園教保服務人員員工協助方案需求度與符合度之評估研究

摘要


公立幼兒園教保服務人員員工協助方案需求度與符合度之 評估研究 摘要 本研究旨在評估公立幼兒園教保員於員工協助方案需求度與符合度及需求度與符合度之差異,以及不同背景變項公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之需求度與符合度。本研究運用量化問卷調查為主要研究方法,以自編「公立幼兒園教保員員工協助方案需求度與符合度之評估研究」問卷做為施測工具,以台中、彰化、南投、雲林之公立教保服務人員為調查對象,以各縣市教保服務人員人數所佔總人數之百分比來抽樣,回收有效問卷350份進行統計,依統計數據分析結果如下: 一、公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之需求度為中等以上程度。 二、公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之符合度為中等以上程度。 三、公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之需求度大於符合度。 四、不同背景變項公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之需求度有顯著差異。 五、不同背景變項公立幼兒園教保服務人員於員工協助方案之符合度有顯著差異。 根據研究結果,對員工協助方案實務推動與未來研究提出建議,以提供教育主管機關、地方主管單位、學校方面及後續研究者,作為規劃員工協助方案之參考。 關鍵字:幼兒園、教保服務人員、員工協助方案、需求度、符合度

Evaluation Research on the Needs and Satisfaction of Employee Assistance Programs for Public Kindergarten Teachers Abstract This research aims to evaluate public kindergarten teachers' needs and satisfaction levels in employee assistance programs and their differences and to explore the needs and satisfaction levels of public kindergarten teachers in different background variables in employee assistance programs. This study uses quantitative questionnaire surveys as the main research method. The self-compiled "Questionnaire for the Evaluation of the Needs and Satisfaction of Public Kindergarten Teachers' Employee Assistance Programs" is used as the measurement tool, and the public kindergarten teachers in Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin Teachers are the subjects of the survey. The number of public kindergarten teachers in each county and city is taken as a percentage of the total number. 350 valid questionnaires are collected for statistics. The results of the analysis based on statistical data are as follows: 1. The public kindergarten teachers' demand for employee assistance programs is above the medium level. 2. The degree of satisfaction of public kindergarten teachers with employee assistance programs is above the medium level. 3. Public kindergarten teachers’ demand for employee assistance programs is greater than satisfaction. 4. Public kindergarten teachers of different backgrounds have significant differences in demand for employee assistance programs. 5. Public kindergarten teachers of different backgrounds vary significantly in their satisfaction with employee assistance programs. Based on the research results, suggestions are made on the practical promotion and future research of the employee assistance program to provide education authorities, local authorities, schools, and follow-up researchers as a reference for planning employee assistance programs.
