臺灣以農業立國,在過去農業一直是臺灣在世界上的強項之一,但因注重工業發展及加入WTO後,農業有逐漸沒落的現象。然臺灣一直擁有得天獨厚的自然條件與優勢,卻無法順利將臺灣的蔬果行銷國際。臺灣現急需克服的劣勢為蔬果保鮮技術的提升,此技術的發展亦成為了提升蔬果價值及維持國際市場競爭力的重要參考指標之一。 本研究目的係利用專利與書目計量分析法,探討臺灣蔬果保鮮技術發展軌跡,了解技術概況並預測未來趨勢,以提供利於相關產業提升其技術能力與研發投入、佈局之資訊。研究藉由APIPA線上專利搜尋工具及全國博碩士論文,檢索篩選出242筆有效專利及91篇論文書目,該專利與書目被分成八個技術分類,並依此繪製相關圖表資訊,加以分析。 結果顯示臺灣蔬果保鮮技術現況發展,是以溫度控制與氣體控制為主;而未來趨勢顯示保鮮材料將會是未來技術主流。且目前相關保鮮技術專利多集中於裝置、設備、器皿等的申請,較易被迴避設計,建議相關企業可致力於保鮮材料技術方法專利之研發與申請,以維持產業之競爭優勢。
Taiwan’s economic was founded by agriculture, and agriculture was one of the most remarkable fields developed in Taiwan from the past. The focus on industrial development and the fact that we join WTO had led agriculture to decline. Although Taiwan owns its natural resources as an advantage, it is still hard to compete internationally in vegetables and fruits markets. The development for technologies of preserving vegetables and fruits in good condition is the most challenging breakthrough we are facing now. Patent analysis and bibliometrics were applied in this research to explore the technological trajectories of preserving vegetables and fruits in Taiwan. We try to profile the technologies of preserving vegetables and fruits, and to forecast the trend of technologies in the future. The purpose of the study is to provide industry with the information of technologies of preserving fresh and R&D. The study uses the APIPA global on-line system of patent searches and searches out the effective information of 242 patent documents. And it searches out 91 bibliographies by National Central Library. These patents and bibliographies were categorized into eight groups. To draw and analyze the figures and tables refers to the patent and bibliographical data. The results show that the development of technologies of preserving fresh is in temperature controlled and gas controlled. And the trend in the future is materials of preserving fresh. The patents mostly focused on the apparatus, equipment, and appliances. But, it is easier to design around. We suggest that the businesses could apply to patents for methods in materials of preserving fresh to keep competitive advantage.
