在多廠區的供應鏈環境中,原物料的需求及配送體系更加的複雜,因此透過供應鏈成員間的相互合作,降低供應鏈的長鞭效應,增加競爭優勢,是供應鏈所有成員的目標,故本研究以供應商管理存貨(VMI)的供應鏈模式,利用共同的補貨週期考慮雙方相關的成本,建立VMI的成本模式,以供應鏈最佳總成本為目標,探討最佳補貨次數,並針對各廠區需求變動對VMI相關成本的影響加以分析比較,利用敏感度分析探討VMI是否能降低需求變動造成的長鞭效應。研究結果顯示,在VMI實施後供應商及多廠區的總成本皆能有效的降低;其次, VMI能有效降低需求變動所造成的長鞭效應,降低成本的支出;最後,多廠區及供應商皆能在VMI中獲得效益,使VMI能順利的推行。
In the supply chain environment of a multiple-site factory, the demand and delivery become complicated with respect to raw materials. Therefore, in the supply chain system, members cooperate with each other to prevent bullwhip effect and increase the competition advantage that reveal the same goal for all members. In this research, we use common replenishment cycle time and reconsider the related cost to set up cost model in vender inventory strategy. The goal of this research is to obtain the optimum total cost. The study of effects on supplier by the changing demands produced from a multiple-site factory under VMI mode. And the sensitivity analysis is used to discuss whether VMI can reduce the bullwhip effect with the demand changes or not. The result of study is that, after using the VMI strategy, the supplier and the multiple-site factory of total cost can be effectively reduced. Secondly, the VMI can reduce the cost and bullwhip effect while the demand changed. Finally, both the multiple-site factory and the supplier can obtain the benefit from VMI, and the VMI can be operated smoothly.
