The library purchases the periodical every year for the reader and to transmit the newest table of contents. This is the independent object takes the retrieval spot, for several year various library use cost inexpensive barcode management. Shelving, turns over to the frame, inventorying, seeking book need to spend human resources and time, considers the library limited funds is unable to satisfy, but also has the mistake which the artificial work possibly occurs, creates the journal management the puzzle. This research use the RFID. The goal is simplified journal management work flow and the effective management. We build a system--RJMS system, and fitness and user demand by the questionnaire survey discussion related work flow design. Further around inquisition new old work flow its influence and benefit disparity. The evaluation results showed that 62% of the libraries agreed with that the system might be potentially capable of improving journal management. The result of this research showed that after adopting, to expedite recognition and classification. The goal is achieves the simplified journal management work flow, to seek for the specific issue , to guarantee that the collection integrity and the economical management need human resources and time.
