本研究旨在探討現階段農會組織經營概況,並且藉由建構農會組織經營績效之衡量,以結構方程模式驗證探討農會組織經營績效衡量模式的適合度;此外,進一步藉由典型相關分析,找出農會組織經營績效衡量之關鍵影響因子。 研究結果顯示,本研究建構農會組織經營績效之衡量模式可以用來解釋與預測學習與成長、企業內部流程、顧客對財務之影響關係,而且分別透過組織資本、營運管理、顧客關係、形象及成長策略之關鍵影響因子以影響彼此間之正向相關程度。再者,亦根據研究結果建構出農會組織經營績效之策略地圖。亦即,農會組織可從學習與成長、企業內部流程、顧客及財務等四方面提昇經營績效,其中,在學習與成長方面,應重視組織資本;在企業內部流程方面,應重視營運管理;在顧客方面,應重視顧客關係及形象;在財務方面,應重視成長策略。最後,本研究進一步針對研究結果提出可能的經營績效衡量之管理與學術意涵,並提出具體可行之建議供政府相關輔導單位及農會組織在經營績效衡量與評估之參考。
The purpose of this study is understanding the management of Farmer’s Association , and construction the Organizational Operating Performance Measurement of Farmer’s Association, that is use structural equation modeling to verify and to treat about the goodness-of-fit of the model for Organizational Operating Performance Measurement of Farmer’s Association. Moreover, the study find the main key influential factors of Organizational Operating Performance Measurement of Farmer’s Association by Canonical Correlation Analysis. The research results show that the model construction for Organizational Operating Performance Measurement of Farmer’s Association could be used to explain and predict the influence relations of the growth and earning, the internal proces, the customer to the financial.Furthermore, through its respective key factors, the level of the mutually positive correlations would be affected. Further, According to the research results, this study construction the strategy map for Organizational Operating Performance of Farmer’s Association. In another word, Farmer’s Association can advance the operating performance from the four aspects that are learning and growth, internal processes, customer and financial. In the learning and growth aspect, Farmer’s Association should attach importance to the organization capital. In the internal processes aspect, it should attach importance to the operations management. In the customer aspect, it should attach importance to the customers relationships and the image. In the financial aspect, it should attach importance to the growth strategy. Based on the research findings, the possible managerial and academic implications were proposed the solid recommendations were made to the relevant government agencies and Farmer’s Association that on Operating Performance Measurement and Estimating.
