現今金融體係面臨各種競爭,金融從業人員面對了各種新的改變,領導者如何運用其領導能力,使員工對公司產生更高的認同,將是值得深思的問題。 本研究旨在探討金融業之主管所採取領導型態,對員工組織公民行為的影響,並以心理賦能為中介變數,自我效能為情境變數,做為研究構面。針對國內某一銀行從業人員及主管為抽樣樣本,問卷共回收308份,資料經蒐集整理後,以SPSS為分析工具,進行描述性統計與相關分析、差異分析、迴歸分析,再將所得結果進行討論。 本研究所得結果有下列幾項獲得支持: 一、交易型領導對於心理賦能具有顯著正向影響關係。 二、轉換型領導對於心理賦能具有顯著正向影響關係。 三、交易型領導與自我效能具有顯著正向影響關係。 四、轉換型領導與自我效能具有顯著正向影響關係。 五、自我效能與心理賦能具有顯著的正向相關。
The financial system become much more competitive than before , employees face a variety of new changes. The leaders how to use the leadership to the staff of the companies have a higher recognition will be a worth pondering problem. This study aimed to investigate the responsibility of the leaders taken by the leaderships, how to influence the organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Mediation role of psychological empowerment between transactional leadership , transformational leadership and OCB. Moderating role of self-efficacy between transactional leadership, transformational leadership and psychological empowerment. Data were collected from a matched sample of 308 a domestic banking personnel and their supervisors. The data collected and to SPSS analysis, descriptive statistics and related analysis, the difference analysis, regression analysis, and then discuss the results. Findings: Analyses provide strong support for transactional leadership, transformational leadership to psychological empowerment and self- efficacy. And self-efficacy to psychological empowerment is strong supported.
