Followed by the development of RFID, various novel procedures are introduced and used in both the military as well as businesses. RFID is universally known as an important communication technology, which influence the future industry growth and life styles. Therefore, the arm forces of the Republic of China Army (ROCA) is currently promoting the new generation of logistics. The purpose of this thesis is to propose the operation model and evaluation on combining RFID technology with the current Army Aviation Supply and Maintenance Information System (AASMIS). The proposed new RFID-based operation model and architecture could simplify the aviation supply operations and make the man power effectively the RFID-based model also provides the Army Aviation Maintenance sector the suitable and correct information efficiently.
