多數醫師針對頭顱顏面型態之分析較著重於前後相關位置的評估,因此採用側向測顱X光片作為基本的分析方法;當病人呈現顏面左右不對稱時,則併用正向測顱X光片以為輔助,故傳統測顱型態分析只能侷限於二維分析。本研究之目的是發展一套三維電腦斷層測顱技術。藉著三維電腦斷層頭顱立體重建影像,解決傳統測顱術特徵點難以辨識之缺點,改善傳統二維X光測顱術之困境,提高測顱術準確性及再現性。本研究設計的三維電腦斷層測顱術系統具備親善與簡單的使用者介面,不僅能與使用者即時的互動,更能充分的表示整體的空間概念,也可提供使用者明確的測顱特徵點辨識、多視角三維觀察、測顱指標參數自動計算等優點。
The current utilize lateral radiograph measurement to evaluate patients craniofacial structures, when the patient’s craniofacial structures are asymmetrical, the doctors meanwhile apply frontal radiograph auxiliary measurement, so the conventional cephalometry only base on 2- dimensional analysis. The purpose of this study is to develop a 3-dimensional computed tomography cephalometry technical. By restructure the 3-dimensional computed tomography skull images to overcome the difficult in the identification of conventional radiograph landmarks, improve the cephalometry accuracy and reliability. The 3-dimensional computed tomography cephalometry systems provide definite identify landmarks, plenty visual 3-dimensional observation, auto cephalometry measurement and count, and also have goodwill and simple user's interface, not only provide a real time interface with the user but also demo the whole space concept of craniofacial structures.
