水田具有生產機能、生態機能及生活機能。政府單位鼓勵農民於休耕水田蓄水,以調節氣候,降低該區域之平均溫度。然而,在推廣休耕水田蓄水政策之前必須先瞭解各農田水利會所轄灌區適合推廣此政策之區位。 本研究以濁水溪沖積扇為研究區域,利用農田水利會灌溉管理基本資料庫維護及技術移轉計畫所建立的地理資訊系統圖層資料及水田蓄水對區域性地下水補注與調洪成效評估計畫所繪製之地理資訊系統圖層資料,應用灰關聯分析方法探討影響休耕水田蓄水區位評估因子,包括取水距離、土壤入滲率、調洪效益與水田灌溉面積等四種評估因子,估算出該區域中最適合當休耕水田蓄水之區位。由分析結果可知台灣省彰化農田水利會所轄灌區中以莿仔埤灌區為最優區位,該灌區中又以溪州工作站灌區為最優;台灣省雲林農田水利會所轄灌區中以西螺區灌區為最優區位,該灌區中又以麻園工作站灌區為最優。
Paddy fields include productivity, living, and ecological functions. In order to modulate the climate and reduce average temperature in the fields the government authority encourages the farmer to store water in the fallow paddy field. However, before promotion the policy of store water in the fallow paddy field we must first understand suitable promotion area in every Irrigation Associations. The study site was Jhuoshuei River alluvial fan and graphic data for geographic information system obtained from two projects that one was irrigation management basic information database for Irrigation Association and the other was the evaluation effects of groundwater recharge and adjustment flooding in an area conducted water storage in paddy fields. The evaluation method was grey correlation and appraisement factors including distance of water intake, soil infiltration rate, benefits for flooding adjustment, and paddy field irrigation area. The purpose of this assessment was to found the most suitable location for storage water during fallow paddy fields in a region. The analytical results showed that the Chi-Ju irrigation station was the most superior location within ZhuJeiBei irrigation distract in Zhanghua Irrigation Association and in Yunlin Irrigation Association the most superior location was Ma-Yun irrigation station within CheLou irrigation distract.
