高爾夫球具擊球聲音預測與球頭結構設計分析

摘要


高爾夫球具擊球聲音為消費者選購球具的重要因素之一,而擊球聲音與高爾夫球頭之結構參數以及其振動模態特性有相當的關聯性。本文旨在建立基於高爾夫球具擊球聲音品質之高爾夫球頭結構設計技術,並能實際開發設計基於擊球聲音品質之球頭結構。首先進行目標高爾夫球具之模型驗證,並探討振動性能指標,接著針對此目標球具進行結構振動與擊球聲音之關聯性之探討,以界定球具擊球聲音頻譜之特性,經由所建立之電腦輔助工程分析技術,對球頭結構參數進行變更設計,分別進行模態分析求得球頭之振動模態參數,以及簡諧響應分析求得球頭結構系統之頻率響應函數,藉由本文所擬發展之球具擊球聲音之預測模式,可以由虛擬測試技術預測該球頭結構之擊球聲音特性,以評估球頭結構設計之適當性,本文發展之高爾夫球具擊球聲音預測虛擬測試技術,將可有效率及系統化探討球頭結構參數對擊球聲音特性之影響,並可降低樣品反覆製作與測試之成本,縮短球頭設計開發時程,以及掌握擊球聲音特性與球頭設計準則。本文將可建立基於擊球聲音品質之球頭結構設計技術,有助於廠商因應市場需求之高爾夫球頭開發,以建立新概念之球頭結構設計。

Golf clubs impact sound is one of the important factors for consumers to choose their clubs. The impact sound is highly correlated to the structural parameters of club head and its vibration modal properties. This work aims to build up the club head design technique base on the club impact sound quality, so as to suit the design goal for good sound quality. First, the target golf club is performed model verifiction to validate the analytical model. The vibration base performance indices are also discussed. Via the developed computer aided engineering (CAE) technique, this work will redesign the club head structure and perform both modal analysis obtaining vibration modal parameters and harmonic response analysis determining frequency response functions. The club impact sound prediction model will then be developed and used to virtually test the impact sound characteristics of the redesigned club head. The effectiveness of the club head design can then be evaluated and virtually tested. This work will not only develop the virtual testing technique to predict the golf club impact sound but also can reduce the cost for repeatedly making samples and testing, shorten the developing time for club head design, and confirm the club head design criteria for its impact sound. This work will set up the club head structure designing technique on the basis of impact sound quality, contribute to the manufacturer’s demands in club head development, and build up a new concept of club head structural design.
