堆肥之品質優劣會影響施用後結果的好壞,所以必須控制好堆肥過程中之影響因素,例如pH值、EC值及各種元素。本研究以不同比例之雞糞加入生物炭,來改善堆肥之品質。並將堆肥與酸性土壤混合後做為介質供盆栽試驗使用,觀察植物生長以及肥力改善之成效。結果顯示,堆肥部分除了EC值以外,pH值及各種元素都是以全雞糞堆肥處理組為最高,這說明了添加生物炭可以明顯降低金屬元素之含量以及提高pH值。金屬元素方面,銅含量只有對照組(1:0)處理超過標準,而鋅含量只有1:1的雞糞與生物炭處理符合標準。吸附試驗結果說明,生物炭吸收重金屬之吸附量隨濃度增高而增加。盆栽試驗結果顯示添加堆肥後土壤中各種元素隨著pH增加而增加,羅漢松幼苗在酸土中施加堆肥之生長較未施肥處理好。
Compost quality will affect the results after applying, it is necessary to control the factors in the composting process, such as pH, EC and the various elements. This study utilized the different proportion of biochar to add into the chicken manure for improving the quality of the compost. A pot experiment, after media mixed with compost and acid soil, was observed by growth of plant and fertility amelioration of the soil was evaluated. The results showed that pH and various elements are highest in the whole chicken manure compost treated except the EC. This showed that adding biochar could significantly reduce the content of the metal element and increase pH value. For measurement of metal elements, only the control (1:0) had higher Cu content than the standard data. The measurement of Zn content only in the treatment of the ratio of one part chicken manure to one part biochar was matched to the standard data. Adsorption experiment showed that biochar adsorpted heavy mental Cu and Zn were increased with the elevated concentration. The results of the pot experiment showed that when compost added into the acid soil various elements were increase with elevated pH. The seedling growth of P. macrophyllus var. macrophyllus were performed better in acid soil when compost was added.
