新產品接單涉及營業接單、產品研發、產品生產到成品產出並送達至客戶端等多個階段,內部流程系統建構與資訊彙整回覆,則是影響企業競爭優勢之關鍵因素。隨著產品變化快速與生命週期縮短之生產趨勢,新產品開發過程必須建立快速反應之供應鏈系統,營業與研發功能之流程連接,更已成為整個系統效能設計之重要工作。本研究以電腦風扇製程為研究對象,分析產品製造過程之營業與研發功能,建立合理化跨部門分析模式,然後設計資料庫架構,建置具知識管理與系統分析之決策管理系統。利用本研究建構之研發與製造之流程分析系統,可作為科技產業相關作業系統建構之參考,達到知識管理應用之效果。
Confirmation of a new order involves steps of product development, manufacturing, and shipping in which the establishment of internal process and information systems is critical for business operations. As the trend of fast updating, changing, and shortening life cycle, most technology enterprises must construct their quick response supply chain systems for maintaining competitive advantages. Regarding to the establishment of competitive advantage, process integration of sales and research and development department functions plays a role while designing business operation systems. By using the manufacturing process of computer fan as a case, this study formulates a process analysis system for integrating inter-departmental operations of sales and research and development department functions. Relevant systems analysis tools in terms of rationalization analysis, data-based framework, and knowledge-based systems are therefore consequently conducted. A case of computer fan manufacturer in Taiwan is implemented to demonstrate the proposed integrated systems. Results for the case implementation are not only useful for solving the similar problems of computer fan industry activities but also capable in connecting sales and research and development department functions for enterprises at the confirmation stage of new manufacturing orders.
