摘要


近年來由於網際網路的發達及資訊科技的進步,智慧型手機與社群網路的快速發展,有越來越多的App與多媒體資料隨時隨地在這些手持裝置上傳遞,是以如何讓資訊可以達到最小化的傳輸是現今重要的研究議題,而色彩量化的技術則是處理影像壓縮的重要技術之一。 本論文提出並開發出一個適用於智慧型手機平台之新高效能影像壓縮App,可以提供使用者在使用手機拍照功能時可以立即拍照立即影像壓縮。實作證實本論文所開發的App與影像壓縮演算法具有高效率與高效能之特性。

The contents of abstract in this thesis: With the increasing popularity of the Internet and information technology in recent years, advances of smart phones and social networks with APP and multimedia transmission on them have led to image compression issues, the most important being how to generate an appropriate codebook. The proposed method can rapidly provide image compression while taking pictures on smart phone. This thesis presents an APP based smart phone platform with a new efficient image compression technique, which may offer the take pictures and compress pictures immediately on smart phone for users. The App and Algorithm is very efficient and effective technique for image compression.
