本文於水泥中添加漢鴻公司MT-903無收縮劑,製作不同飛灰取代率f和水膠比W/B之水泥試體作試驗,以探討水泥漿之含氣量Air、單位重U、迷你坍度s和水泥試體之抗壓強度fc、烘乾密度Dd、面乾內飽和密度Ds及伸長率ΔLx對W/B、f或齡期t之關係。試驗之f值取5%、10%、15%、20%,W/B之範圍為0.30≦W/B≦0.46。將試驗結果作複迴歸分析得迴歸式:Air= -4.2W/B+9.3f+2.88;U =-1340W/B-330f+2493;s=79.8W/B-45.3f -8.11;fc= -1510W/B-1044f+1296;Dd = -1758W/B-162f+2407;Ds= -1080W/B- 643f+2466;ΔLx =t0.363 (-0.309f 2+0.051f+0.023),式中Air、ΔLx之單位為%,U、Dd、Ds為kg/m3,s為cm,fc為kgf/cm2,t為週。各迴歸式之相關係數r値皆在0.88以上,相關性甚佳。
The thesis added MT-903 non-shrinkage agent of Hann-Horng company into cement to perform tests on specimens of different fly ash replacement ratio f and water-binder ratio W/B. The relationships between the air content Air, unit weight U, mini-slump s of cement slurry, and the compressive strength fc, oven-dry density Dd, saturated-surface-dry density Ds and elogation ΔLx of cement specimens versus W/B, f and/or specimen age t were discussed. The f values used were 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%. The range of W/B tested was 0.30≦W/B≦0.46. The multiple regression analysis on the test results gives regression equations: Air=-4.2W/B+9.3f+2.88; U= -1340W/B- 330f+2493; s=79.8W/B-45.3f-8.11; fc=-1510W/B-1044f+1296;Dd=-1758W/B-162f+2407; Ds=-1080W/B-643f+2466;ΔLx=t0.363(-0.309f2+0.051f+0.023), where the units of Air and ΔLx are % , U , Dd , and Ds are kg/m3,s is cm, fc is kgf/cm2 and t is week. All the correlation coefficient r of the regression equations are larger than 0.88. The correlations of the equations are very good.
