使用者行為導引家具機能之設計程序─以客廳桌為例

User Behavior Design Proucedure for Furniture Functionality –Living Room Table as Example

摘要


一般大多數對家具的設計只考慮到外型思考為主要,往往不符合消費者需求、不清楚使用方式或是因造形衍生出不在預期範圍中的使用行為,因而容易引導使用者做出不適當行為產生環境雜亂,抑或是家具的造形無法符合環境空間需求。本研究則就所收集的FBS思考模型、問題行為分析法及類推法等相關文獻,進而運用這些方法融入使用者行為的思維模式,彙整建構各階段的設計程序,藉此流程運用設計客廳桌的案例,記錄思維想法與過程,印證以使用者行為所導引家具機能之設計程序,以供設計人員參考應用。茲簡述研究結果如下: 1.透過客廳桌使用現況之影像收集案例,應避免刻意整理待拍攝空間,且傾向於同一市場級族群,以失問題存在的真實性,也可從影像中發現如矮凳之非預設定的存在問題。 2.從蒐集客廳桌影像的分散案例,可獲得不恰當品項出現率,並從中歸類觀察出各部位之造形與位置,以及傳達使用者放置與收納物件等之造形認知,以成為後果事件之界定。 3.客廳桌及矮凳之桌面雜亂、桌下收納空間與任意放置矮凳之問題後果事件,可能問題行為分析法推演出人為使用習慣,桌下的封閉空間遮蔽了視覺。無規畫欲收納對象、矮凳無特定擺放的位置等之問題癥結,並挑選其所缺乏之機能性造形,作為概念的發想。 4.將客廳桌與矮凳運用類推法來發想造形,可藉矮凳收納於桌面下的使用情境,導引可能之來源物間的關聯性,並考量實木材質與其製作技術之條件,選用酒杯架機能來發想草圖。 5.引用酒杯架的機能造形,提出客廳桌與矮凳結合的草圖,並選擇運用實木加工的拼接穿帶方式,將矮凳吊掛於客廳桌下,配合人體工學尺寸與木質家具結構,完成繪製成品圖並進行製作。

Most of the furniture designs only take the appearance for the main concern, but not fulfilling the demands of the consumers or causing the inappropriate use due to the design. Therefore, it may not fit into the environment space requirement and may lead to the mess. This research has reviewed the articles regarding to the model of FBS, analysis of behaviors, etc., and combined it with the mind-set of the users to construct the design process from different stage. Through the case of designing the table for the living room, we have recorded the mind-set and process to prove the design process of the use of furniture is led by the user behavior, and it might be a reference for the designers. The research results are as followings: 1.Through the cases of the use of the table in the living room, we have tried to avoid cleaning or tidying up the space and we tried to maintain the same target base in order to keep the actuality of the questions. 2.Through the cases of the use of the table in the living room, we have found the inappropriate items and have concluded how and where they place the items. 3.Through messy situation of the living room and the consequences of the problematic behavior, we have concluded the habit of the users. 4.Through the use of the table and chairs in the living room, we may find the connection between them and the items collected under them. At the same time, the materials and the techniques are also taken into considerations, and we have chosen the beverage holder as the design draft. 5.With the use and design from the beverage holder, we have put forward the combination of table and chair and make it with ergonomics and structure of wooden furniture.
