光電業無塵室空氣污染追蹤調查

因科技的日新月異，台灣的工作場所也在轉型。由傳統的鐵皮工廠轉型成擁有自動控制溫濕度及室內壓力的無塵室，而目前因輪班制度的普遍，光電業從業人員在無塵室的工作時間，幾乎長達10-12小時。而光電業的製程複雜需用到許多的化學物品及有機揮發物質。因此無塵室內的空氣品質，便對工作人員的健康息息相關。因此本研究希望藉由儀器，對無塵室內的空氣品質做追蹤調查。作業環境測定，不只是消極的用於瞭解勞工每日所接受的暴露劑量或長期可能累積的危害或者透過樣品的分析協助我們對環境存在的危害因子有進一步的認知，而且更應積極的將測定結果做為環境改善之參考依據，以達到預防危害之目的。以此獲知對於作業人員是否有健康的影響，在本研究中選定高雄某彩色濾光片廠對其無塵室內空氣污染所作的追蹤調查，所採的化學物質有環已酮、丙酮、異丙醇、乙酸異戊酯、二氧化碳。而依據勞工作業環境測定實施辦法第二條，作業環境測定係指為掌握勞工作業環境實態及評估勞工暴露狀況，所實施之規劃、採樣、分析及儀器測量。基本上是在作業環境中實施具代表性之量測，並將量測之數據加以評估的過程。故作業環境測定具有量測與判斷之雙重意義。追蹤時間由2010年11月到2013年6月本次各作業場所化學物質作業環境測定結果均未超出勞工作業環境空氣中有害物質容許濃度標準之規範。惟仍建議作業人員作業時應確實使用適當的防護具，並開啟污染防制設備，以維護作業人員之健康與安全。

As the developing of technology, our workplace in Taiwan also been made the transition. From traditional iron plant to air cleanliness workshop with automatic moisture and pressure controlling. Because the popular of shift system, the photoelectric practitioners almost work 10-12 hours long per day. But the manufacturing operation are complicated and need lots of chemicals and VOC(Volatile Organic Compound). So the air quality in the clean room is closely related to workers’ health. For this reason, I expect to do the clean room air quality follow up study by instruments. To determine the working environment, it is not only use to see the workers’ daily expose dose or the hazard accumulated over a long period of time or help us furtherly understanding the harm from the sample analysis negative. But also improve the environment according to the measure results, and prevent the harm. To see if it’s unhealthful by learning this study, the tracing of indoor air pollution is selected at Gaoxiong CF(Color Filter) factory, these chemical components、Cyclohexanone、Propanone、Propan-2-ol、Isoamyl acetate、 CO2.According to the second rule of workplace implemention plan,we carry out the planning sampling analysis and instrument measure to well know the actual situation & evaluate the expose conditions. It’s a data valuation procedure with the representative test. So there is dual purpose according to the measurement & judgement. The tracing time since 11.2010 till 06.2013, during this period, the chemical test result is udder the allowable harmful substance density standard. To make sure workers safety and healthy , we suggest operators use the proper protective equipment and open the pollution against facities.
