應用6σ改善貨櫃輪吊掛作業效率之個案研究—以高明貨櫃碼頭(股)公司為例

摘要

本研究以個案研究法探討個案公司過去進行提昇吊掛作業效率專案，分析其可改善之處，並應用六標準差改善流程與方法，重新規劃效率提昇專案。
　　研究發現個案公司再進行吊掛作業效率改善計畫時，大多以腦力激盪法作為主要分析工具，然而腦力激盪法是較不嚴謹且主觀的分析工具，因此容易因為個人主觀判斷而錯失改善其他也具有影響力的因素，以至於無法達到更高效率的提升。
　　本研究應用六標準差改善流程發現12項潛在因子，可使個案公司更有效率提昇吊掛效率，並提出改善手法之作業流程，作為其參考。

This thesis uses case study methods to investigate the operation efficiency improvement project conducted during 2011 and 2012 by KM Container Transportation Company, and proposes a new approach to further improve the operation efficiency using 6 procedures.
　　The results of this thesis show due to the methodology previously applied by KM..., the project conducted in 2011 and 2012 lacks of systematic processes. Further study, using 6 procedures, proposes by the author identifies 12 potential issues affecting the operation efficiency. Finally, the approach to implement a more systematic is suggested.
