木質全頻音箱之製作工藝技術及其音響性質

Manufacturing Technics of the Full Frequency Speaker Cabinets Made by Wood Based Materials and its Acoustic Properties

摘要


本研究使用落地型密閉式全頻音響箱作為研究基礎,並探討木質材料與音箱之間的相互關係。材料利用丹麥進口之白樺木(Betula papyrifera)合板為音箱用材的基質材料,並貼附上由紐西蘭進口中密度纖維板(Medium Density Fiberboard,MDF)為對照組,以及貼附省產40年生的台灣紅檜(Chamaecyparis formosensis Matsum.)疏伐木板材作為試驗組,兩試材進行音響箱體製作。同時,藉由板振動試驗使用快速傅立葉轉換分析法(Fast-Fourier Transform,FFT) 進行材料性質評估、分析。試驗結果顯示,紅檜試體之起始頻率響應發生於960~1.4k Hz較MDF試體之起始頻率744~1.4k Hz有明顯推遲頻率響應的發生,至於紅檜阻尼係數0.2136則明顯高於MDF阻尼係數0.669。再者,希冀以本研究成果能提昇國產造林疏伐木於聲音的應用層面及經濟價值,並且顛覆過往音響製作必須選用無暇木料製作之觀念和普遍大眾對木材來源取得不易以及在木材利用上不利於地球環境保護的錯誤偏狹思想。

This research was using standing sealed full frequency speaker cabinets as a research foundation and discussing the relationship between wood materials and speakers. To select Denmark imports of plywood made by Birch as a speaker cabinet’s matrix material timber and patch Medium Density Fiberboard that imports from New Zealand for control samples as well as 40-year-old of Taiwan red cypress thinning plate as a wood complex materials. Simultaneously, with the vibration test to carry on material properties evaluate and use Fast-Fourier Transform analysis to obtain the test consequence. The test consequence display that Taiwan red cypress specimen first frequency Response Funtion was occurred to 960~1.4k Hz, comparatively than MDF’s specimen was obvious postpone occurred to 744~1.4k Hz. As for the Taiwan red cypress damping ratio 0.2136 was obvious higher than MDF damping ratio 0.669.Furthermore,it hope the research achievement can promote domestic forestation sparse logging that about sound applications level and economic value. Besides,subversion the past speaker manufacture have to selected the concept of made flawless wood and general public was difficulty in obtaining wood sources as well as that erroneous insularity ideology which was about the earth environment’s with wood using.
