國中性別平等教育課程之成效研究

A Study of the Effects of Gender Equality Curriculum on Junior High School Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討性別平等教育課程對國中學生的性別刻板印象是否具有輔導成效,並分析本研究之教學活動對國中學生的性別平等意識是否具有立即性與延宕性的輔導效果。 本研究採準實驗研究法,以高雄市某一國中七、八年級學生為研究對象,實驗組18人、控制組22人、比較組37人,其中實驗組接受為期9週,每週120分鐘的性別平等教育課程;控制組及比較組則不接受任何實驗處理。本研究以「性別角色態度量表」做為評量工具,在課程進行前、課程結束後及課程結束後一個月,分別進行施測與統計分析,同時輔以課堂學習單之質性分析,以瞭解實驗課程之教學成效。 本研究之主要結論如下: 一、本研究之性別平等教育課程係以能力特質與表現、職業興趣與工作、社會權利與義務、兩性互動與關係及多元性別與情慾等五大構面為課程發展大綱,並參照九年一貫課程能力指標、相關研究及教學資源發展之。 二、在教學實施歷程中,研究對象及研究者本身均有明顯的成長與轉變。 三、本研究之性別平等教育課程具立即性及延宕性教學效果。 最後依據上述研究結果,對學校工作者以及未來相關研究方面提出若干建議。

The main purpose of this study is discussing the immediate and long-term effect of gender equality education curriculum on junior high school students’ gender-role stereotype. This research methods use Quasi- experimental Research Design. A total of 77 participants (experimental group =18, control group =22, compare group=37) are the seventh and the eighth grade students of junior high school in Kaohsiung city. The experimental group received the “gender equality education program” course for 9 weeks, and 120 minutes per week; The control group and the compare group didn’t accept any “gender equality education program” course. In the study, “Teenagers Gender Role Attitude Scale” was the measuring tool. It was administered to the subjects before, after, and a month later after the program. The other way to realize the effectiveness of the experimental curriculum is by analysing the learning document. The major findings of this study are listed as following: 1. The “Gender Equality Education Program” course in this study is developed by referencing correlation studies and “Grade 1-9 Curriculum”, and it is divided into “Competence and Trait”, “Career interest”, “Social rights and obligations”, “Gender relations” and “gender pluralism”. 2. In the teaching process, the objects of study and the researcher all have obviously change. 3. The “Gender Equality Education Program” course in this study have the immediate and long-term effect. Finally, according to the research findings, several implications about the educators were discussed, and future research was suggested.
