本論文在於研究提升城市建築美感的新型建材彩色水泥砂漿。應用Photoshop影像處理軟體,輔助調配彩色水泥砂漿的顏色,並依據其比例,在水泥砂漿中添加氧化鐵顏料,製作彩色水泥砂漿試體,再以相機拍攝試體圖像,用Photoshop為顏色分析工具,檢測分析試體顏色的耐候性以及添加氧化鐵顏料對水泥砂漿基本性質的影響。 經色差公式分析模擬圖像與試體圖像間的差異性,結果顯示Photoshop影像處理軟體模擬調配彩色水泥砂漿的顏色確實可行,但還是有些許誤差,可依氧化鐵顏料的著色能力加以修正。本研究將氧化鐵顏料的添加量控制在水泥用量的10%以內,結果發現氧化鐵顏料添加量愈多,彩色水泥砂漿的凝結時間愈短、工作度愈低、抗壓強度愈高,而pH值則是無明顯影響;氧化鐵顏料著色能力佳與水泥砂漿拌合後,顏色分佈十分均勻,且對高溫與酸性的環境耐性佳。 以本研究的添加量來看,氧化鐵顏料會些許影響水泥砂漿的基本性質,但影響相當有限;增加建物藝術層面的新型材料,也許價格較高,但藝術在每個人心中的價值不同,符不符合經濟效益,在於個人觀感。
The purpose of this study is about new building materials - colorful cement mortar for improving city beauty. It is used Photoshop for mixing color of colorful cement mortar. Adding iron oxide pigments into colorful cement mortar based on its rate to make colorful cement mortar. And then, taking photos with digital camera, analyzes the durable extent of colorful cement mortar, and the effect of cement mortar. As the result, color difference formula shows divergence between Analog image and colorful cement mortar image. It is practicable to use Photoshop to imitate colorful cement mortar; although it is still a little bit inaccuracy. It is correctable according to the color ability of iron oxide pigments. This research restricted subjunction of iron oxide pigments within 10% in cement. In this case, adding more iron oxide pigments, solidify time of colorful cement mortar is shorter, flow value is lower, and compressive resistance is better, but no obvious influence to pH value; great color ability of iron oxide pigments mixed to cement mortar, the color is well mixed, and it can endure high temperature and acidity. According to the subjunction in this research, iron oxide pigments may affect few essential quality of cement mortar. However, the influence will be little. More beautiful materials, the price may be higher, but beauty is different to everyone, worth or not, it based on personal point of value.
