台灣由於經濟發展的特質,使商業活動分佈於各具機能需求的區塊 中,商業街道幾乎無所不在,而街道為人們日常生活所在的場所,也是 重要的連結空間。但近年來,人們對於街道之需求過度偏重於實質機能 包含商業活動、交通運輸等,以致於人性化的街道空間逐漸為人所忽視。 本研究透過相關理論之文獻回顧與案例分析等方法,探討街道景觀 對於整體環境所扮演的角色與影響街道風貌的各項元素,透過綜合歸納 分析研擬街道規劃策略與方法流程,並以實質規劃操作個案-科大商圈 為例,運用實地調查分析深入瞭解環境現況與地方特色,針對環境現況 提出相關課題與對策,並導入本研究所擬定之規劃策略與流程進行實質 規劃,驗證其可行性與執行成效,最後提出結論與建議,供未來相關研 究之參考。 本文最終目的為探討如何建立因地制宜的街道規劃策略與方法流 程,並針對研究個案之整體環境提出規劃改善的策略,以促使人性化與 地方性的街道形態得以實踐,藉以達到整體街道永續發展之目標。
Due to the diversity characteristics of Taiwan’s economic developments, the business activities have been distributed in certain areas of multiple functions and demands. The business streets are the places for people’s daily life routine and social activities. However in recent years, people put more emphases on the streets with substantial functions, which include business activities and traffic transportation . . . etc, therefore the more human–based street-space is gradually neglected by the public. This research has taken the methods like literature-review and case-analysis of relative theories. It probes various elements like the role streetscape played and its influences on the street-styles. Drawing up the principles and process-methods by synthesizing, collecting and analyzing. Taking the example of Ke-Da business district, applying the investigation and analysis on the spot to reach deeper understanding of present environmental conditions and local features. Then bringing out the related subjects and countermeasures according to the present environmental condition, inducing the principles and process-methods of this reasearch has drawn up, proving its functionality and the executive effects. At last, this research will reach a conclusion and comes up with some advices for the references of the consequential research in the future. The purpose of this thesis is to contemplate how to build up the streetscape planning and the process-method in according with the regional temperaments, analysing of the tactics for plan-improvements which focus on the general environment of research-object, aiming to realize the concept of localized and human-based street sterotype , in order to achieve the goal of sustainable developments for the general streets.
